Excellent stay, the beds and gym were the highlights.
Pros:

The gym is outstanding, the breakfast was all right (but could do with an upgrade on the pastries), the room was nice. It's an old building which you see in the bathrooms but they've clearly done all they can to modernise it and make it comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast could be slightly improved - the omelette station is great but the yogurt, pastry and fresh fruit selection could be slightly improved (it didn't seem very fresh).

Good value overall and a great location
Pros:

Nice, spacious room, good electronic ports throughout, good sized bathroom, large windows so a bright space. The room decor, although you can see it has been updated in the past several years, is showing its age a bit. Breakfast was fantastic and really good value when buying at the time of booking.

Cons:

Room was slightly warm for sleeping and the air conditioning didn't seem that effective.

Great stay will definitely be back
Pros:

Had an amazing stay staff were so friendly attended for our anniversary and stay went out there way to put balloons a card and 2 bottles of Prosecco in our room for arrival

Cons:

Bed was a little uncomfortable (too hard)

Brilliant wee stay
Pros:

Quick and easy check in. Got to meet the internationally famous Robert Brown who was also staying at the hotel. I also booked the room due to him posting his luxurious looking stay on Facebook. He was not wrong. Comfort, good food, the pool, the location all 10/10 from me!

Pros:

Front of house team led by Marguerite superb. Welcoming, warm professional, knowledgeable. Very comfy bar and coffee lounge expertly hosted by Holly. Rooms spotless, beds and linen first class, fantastic breakfast, secure parking. Thanks everyone , will be back soon.

Would benefit from a fourth elevator during busy traffic times.

I like the decor and how practical and comfortable it was . The cleanliness and staff were so important for me and it was immaculate.

Cons:

The location was also very good. We loved the breakfast and the view from our room window was beautiful. We also ordered room service and the food we received was so well presented and delicious 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💖💖💖
