Lovely Hotel, Great Breakfast and nice bar area
Room a little small, pillows were uncomfortable, shampoo and conditioner not topped up and pool are a little grubby on our visit
The staff were excellent. Welcoming, responsive to requests, friendly and accommodsting. The breakfast (included) was exceptional with coffee machines, juices, cereals, pastries, fruit, eggs, sausages, bacon and breads.
We booked a deluxe King room for 3 nights. It had a small space to hang clothes (no door or drawers), only one chair, and one nightstand. We asked for another room, and they quickly moved us to one with a couch and second chair.
Staff were professional, helpful and approachable. The facilities and amenities were all we expected and more. We would certainly go back and recommend the location to others.
Our stay was everything that we needed. There was nothing to dislike.

The location is near the Glasgow Central Station (about an 8-10 min walk) and another 8 min walk along the Airport Express Bus services along Waterloo Street. The hotel is on the quiet side of the city, located next to the Anderston Station.
Super convenient with public transportation accessible to explore Glasgow. And it's great that it is within walking distance to the OVO Hydro.

The property was clean and updated.the staff was welcome and friendly
When we arrived we were informed that there was a power outage. This was out of their control but we never got any notification. It impacted check in times by over an hour and we had no access to the gym or pool or restaurant during our stay which was disappointing. The only compensation we received were two coupons for a beer or house wine at the bar which could not serve us because the registers were not working. I would have expected more compensation considering the impact to our stay.
The location was near the city centre which was helpful. The hotel, including the room, was comfortable and well fitted. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were of a good standard. The swimming pool was a bonus.
A little wider choice on the dinner menu in the Grill restaurant (although it's widely known that burgers are very popular these days). The pool was welcome, although the shallow end was a bit too shallow! There was some traffic noise in the room as it faced a busy road, but that may be unavoidable.
I really had a good time. The staff was really friendly and it was really a perfect weekend get away. I really appreciate as they have accommodated my request. I highly recommend this hotel as it really offers an excellent service. Shout to the staff who prepare a wee surprise birthday Balloons and card for my husband. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

Service at the bar was poor. We waited 20mins for a drink (night cap) ended up walking out we should have gone to a bar outside the hotel!!
