We love the friendly staff from cleaners ,waiting staff, bar staff to the dinning staff they really take great care from the moment you arrive to the time you are leaving.
The welcome you get from the staff at the reception is also very good and nothing is a problem
The hard bed as we both suffer with chronic pain in our back.
The room was absolutely fine as was everything really. I liked everything about the hotel. The pool was great and so was the gym. The shower was superb.
Nothing really. The restaurant was a wee bit cold but I could live with it.
It was very accessible and lovely and clean. Staff were lovely and fantastic had no problem getting checked in and wasn’t a far walk from near by places we enjoyed exploring and the breakfast was delightful

It’s easy for us to get to and has parking
It's a good hotel overall! Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, pillows are a bit soft but that's preference. The pool is ok and good sauna space. The breakfast has plenty of options including healthy and fresh fruit. Staff is lovely, especially Margarida who made us feel so very welcomed to Glasgow and the hotel. Stayed for a fair good amount if days and have nothing bad to point out.

Decor , staff. Facilities were all very good
Room was very small for an executive upgrade was a bit disappointed with that as it was a birthday treat , bed was very hard and only one robe and slippers were left in the room even although we booked for two adults.
Executive lounge was great but we couldn't get access to the Drummond lounge again disappointing as this had the best views a roas Glasgow.
Breakfast was lovely but the queuing system needs looked at , plates on either side of hot food meant guests starting to plate up and then meeting in the middle doesn't really work when its busy.
after staying in various Marriott hotels in uk and Europe, my expectation was rather different. the bathroom had stain all around the tiles and there was a large leak in the shower. breakfast was just basic with poor selections. Location was excellent not far from the Man City square.

Close to centre and has parking for £12 a day. On the day you leave you can leave your car until 5pm that day.
Windows in the room didn’t open. Not even a little bit. I hate that as with aircon it gets stuffy.
