Excellent value and location
Pros:

Excellent location near Alumni Hall at University of Pittsburgh. Courteous staff. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms with well functioning AC. Instacart delivers to hotel for forgotten items. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There is no room service; but there is a 24/7 small market with snacks/drinks and the Bistro is open for pick-up and has delicious food.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

Parking was bad. No dedicated area for the hotel. You have to use the university parking garage and pay for it. The room was a little outdated. I couldn’t turn the fan off on the air conditioning. So even though it wasn’t blowing cold air it was still running. The bathroom light flickered. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom too.

The location

Cons:

Dirty, the bathrooms floor not sweep all corners have dirt and hair all over.
We put are towels on the towel hanging where it states will reuse towel. The cleaning people took them and never brought new ones had to hunt them down. This was the entire trip.

La ubicación es super conveniente y muy facil para desplazarse a cualquier lugar de la ciudad.

La piscina parecía un poco sucia. La cortina del baño era de tela, estaba rota y por ello el agua de la ducha se filtra al piso.
