La ubicación es super conveniente y muy facil para desplazarse a cualquier lugar de la ciudad.

It was comfortable.
Pros:

I like the setting of the room. I love the bed but I wished the comforter were thicker. I loved the shower!

Great location and friendly, accommodating staff
Pros:

Great location for visit my son at Carnegie Mellon. For graduation they were decorated in CMU colors and went out of their way to celebrate and make the weekend extra special for the families.

Pros:

The concierge staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was fantastic—conveniently close to multiple bus stops, Carnegie Mellon University, the CMU Museum, and the botanical garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite visiting during one of the busiest times of the year—graduation week—it remained quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short during our stay. For two guests over five days, basic amenities like lotion, soap, and bottled water were not adequately replenished, and it was often difficult to request extras. While the beds were made daily, the room itself did not seem to receive thorough cleaning.

Additionally, the hotel’s dining options could be improved. Given its potential, it was disappointing not to have a good on-site café or restaurant, and we often found ourselves going to a neighboring hotel for meals and coffee.
