The staff were really helpful, the room was comfortable and the lobby was cozy
Netflix on the TV wasn't working. Otherwise no complaints.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel offers breakfast and the option to rent a beach umbrella, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not cheap, but that's quite normal for Belgium. The selection is decent, though not extensive, I had breakfast twice, while my friend only went once.
The rooms could have been cleaner, although they were generally in acceptable condition. The shower was quite small, with limited space. Unfortunately, we also found a cockroach on the ceiling in our room. Despite these issues, the hotel is perfectly fine for a stay of a few nights, especially thanks to the excellent and helpful staff.
