Did not have hot water in the shower, reported to the staff next morning who said it will be fixed. it was not fixed in the evening when coming back to the room, without any communication. I was really disappointed not only that it was not fixed but also by the lack of communication and interest in their client, really not customer oriented.
Staff offered a new room.
the room is connected to another room but there is a space between the door and the frame, you get the light from the other room and it is also a single door so you hear everything from the other side. room 251 is definitely not value for money.

Mooi hotel - fijn en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Kamer was niet voldoende poper, veel stof en vlekken.
Fouten bij de afrekening: ik kreeg 4 x ontbijt aangerekend en was maar één ochtend met 2 personen aanwezig. Ik vroeg naar een factuur van het verblijf maar kreeg enkel een kosten bonnetje van het ontbijt. Nu aan Booking.com de factuur moeten vragen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Thank you very much to the whole team for the great service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very gratifying. Staff unfailingly helpful. Beautiful and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Bar prices not cheap, but perfectly reasonable given the standard of the hotel. Nice little gym and sauna facilities. The hotel is not centrally situated (unless you have business in the European Quarter) but this makes access much easier (driving in the tourist enter of Brussels is emphatically not for the feint hearted!). If you are driving, make sure you book a parking space.
