Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Executive Zimmer.
Der Aufenthalt war wie immer sehr angenehm.
Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und sehr gut im Schuss.
Die Zimmer wurden sogar nach 12Uhr Mittag noch gereinigt.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Was das Hotel nicht beeinflussen kann.
Das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können.
War aber besser als erwartet.

Sonst in allem gab es nix zu bemängeln.

Nie mehr Köln Steigenberger
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst unfreundlich und wir waren schon in einigen Steigenberger Hotels. Da hatte ich in Low Budget Hotels mehr Service und Freundlichkeit

Cons:

Familienzimmer, viel Geld bezahlt! Man hat von Nachbarn jedes Wort verstanden. Nachbar ist erkrankt und man hat sein erbrechen die ganze Nacht gehört und auch die Gespräche mit seiner Frau

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal

Cons:

Wir haben 40 Minuten für den Check-in angestanden- nur 2 Schalter waren besetzt. Durch Straßenlärm war es nachts laut. Es waren außerdem einige Gäste dort, die sich laut und unpassend benommen haben.

Shining Stars like Mr Liwi make a big difference in such a city hotel.
Pros:

A special highlight of our stay was the amazing experience with the concierge Mr. Liwi (hope I got the name right). Mr Liwi was delightful, helpful, cheerful, and managed to track our parcels (which we had shipped to the hotel and no one could locate). Every time we left and returned to the hotel, it was a happy moment to see Mr Liwi and his wonderful smile. He made a real difference in our stay, and we wish him all the best.

The location of the hotel is good too. Very centrally located, good walking distance to everything.

schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer und gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Duscharmatur hat nicht wirklich gut gehalten und die Fugen in der Dusche waren vereinzelt dunkel verfärbt.

Pros:

The bed was of good quality. Good bathroom

Cons:

The noise is too loud to sleep with an open window.
I’d would expect Steigenberger do more to create a modern and robust experience. e.g. revolving doors in the lobby are all out of order or lights in the corridors.
In my room (superior) there was no coat hook. I don’t understand this.
Breakfast is overloaded. And the plates are not clean.
