Notre chambre n’a pas été faite le samedi net toujours pas dimanche a 15h - nous avons demandé aux personnel de service dans le couloir de la faire en priorité ou au moins de nous changer nos serviettes de toilette
Elles se sont immédiatement exécutées avec gentillesse et efficacité
Merci à elles

Pas de possibilité de prendre un simple café dans le lobby
Même une machine à café à côté des snacks aurait été grandement appréciée

Todo, la ubicación,la limpieza, el.personal muy amable incluso una de las personas hablaba español, nos explicó muchas cosas que nos fueron de mucha ayuda.
