Loved it,wish it was longer,definitely will be back,staff was a,amazing!!!
Pros:

Location was excellent,hotel felt secure and safe,lounge was stocked well with beverages and liquor,hotel was overall very quite and modern ,and staff was very friendly and amazing at meeting any and all needs

Cons:

The cost of breakfast(should be included as the cost of the euro was very high and we travelled from Canada )no one offered us a local site seeing map? Very proud at night(but it is downtown) so I guess it was ok

Central, convenient but in need of refurbishment
Pros:

Central, lovely staff, practical.

Cons:

One of the worst steigenberger hotels I stayed at; needs a closing and full refurbishment: hotel is tired, dated, decadent a bit. No fault of the staff which is trying their best and are truly nice

Pros:

Desayuno excelente. Ubicación excelente, cerca al centro, pero de fácil acceso por transporte público. La cama muy buena, colchón firme. Podría mejorarse con una almohada mas firme.

Cons:

La almohada de la cama. Falta una firmed algo gruesa, que rellene entre la cabeza y el colchón, para que la columna vertebral quede recta.
