Nie wieder Köln Steigenberger Hotel
Pros:

Ein extrem netter Mann beim Frühstück

Cons:

Alles sonst- das Frühstück war durch die sehr lauten Kinder sehr unangenehm Einen Tisch für den 2. Tag zu bestellen war unmöglich... Warum?Das Essen war recht ok wurde aber nicht angenehm, weil wir zu zweit uns an den Minitischen anbrüllen mussten, um uns zu verstehen.
Schrecklich war, dass wir morgens um 7 h vom Fensterputzer im 9. Stock geweckt wurden. Es stand zwar auf einem Infoblatt, aber dass er im 9. Stock beginnen würde, war uns nicht bewusst und dann wieder ein lautes Frühstück- nee danke.
Wir haben uns an das Hotel direkt gewandt per Mail- nicht mal eine Antwort...

Happy about my stay and would come back. Decent value.
Pros:

Good location, clean rooms with AC, low noise. Very extensive breakfast buffet - would be even better if the coffee was beter (note: breakfast costs €25 and there are many good bakeries with specialty coffee machines around the hotel).

Cons:

Wifi is slow and often disconnects - which makes the hotel unsuitable for a business stay. TV was not working, but i haven’t notified staff either so I cannot judge whether this would’ve been adequately addressed and can only assume it would be. There is a pillow menu, but not sure where to get different pillows from (mine were so soft my head was practically resting on the mattress, so I used a pillow from the couch).

Pros:

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Nicht ganz zentral, aber ok.
Das Parkhaus mit 30€ pro Tag ist schon heftig.

Great weekend stay
Pros:

Great and friendly staff; amazing breakfast and great location.

Cons:

The parking is next door but sometimes there is a queue of cars. But overall it doesn't take that long to get a spot.

Alles mehr oder weniger ok. Aber für den Preis nicht zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So gab es keinerlei Probleme unsere Fahrräder sicher abseits der Empfangstheke abzustellen.

Cons:

Unbefriedigend war die Lautstärke, die von außen in die Zimmer drang.
