For a 4 night stay, it was pretty good!

This was hands down, the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I have never complained about a hotel but felt compelled to share about my stay.
When we checked in, we were informed that hot tub was out of order (understandable- that happens), and WiFi was down. (I found out later that the WiFi is usually down in this building).
The entire third floor hallway is being renovated so the carpet is completely gone, we were literally walking on areas of wet pavement. I slipped and another guest I talked to did as well. The wet pavement stuck to our shoes and we tracked it into our room. The painters were painting in the hallway moving around ladders directly outside our door until I had to call the front desk and request they stop because we were trying to sleep (this was 9:30 pm). The paint fumes were awful and gave me a headache. There was also kitty litter and animal food scattered around in the unfinished hallway. I thought maybe the pool would be better but the hot tub had a falling down tarp and caution tape around it. The whole experience was off putting honestly. Even the areas that weren’t under construction were dirty, trash was overflowing, and it felt unkept. I will say the manager I talked to was nice and apologetic but it doesn’t make up for the experience. I was creeped out to say the least. I would never consider staying here again.

This place is some kind of special nasty. First floor hallway carpets are bunched up, wavy, and filthy. Lighting in hallways is poor, I guess so you can’t see the filth. Our room had “water” on the bathroom floor, and was equipped with a armless conference room chair instead of a regular chair, and this was for a King Suite! Hot tub is broken, not that I would dip my toe into what looks like a Petri dish of bacteria. WiFi wasn’t working when we stayed our one night. Parking is tight. Nothing good about this place, keep driving.

The room was adequate, however the bathroom light had a mind of its own. The light would randomly turn off. One time after the light turning off, it would not even turn back on with the switch. One time the light turned off when I was in the shower.

The wall mounted blow dryer did not work. We requested another blow dryer and when the guy dropped it off, he wanted the 'old one'. I showed him that it was mounted on the wall. When I tried to unplug the wall mounted blow dryer, it started to work. It seemed the wall plug had separated and had a bad connection and if you held the plug just right, the blow dryer worked.

The hotel seemed in disrepair and the breakfast area was too small for the size of this hotel, in my opinion.
