We liked the hotel overall.
We left a day earlier than originally planned because we really did'nt like the location and the mattress was hard.

Que aun con los cargos incluidos al llegar al hotel, todavía cobraron un extra, mínimo pero aun asi ya fuera del costo total, en la habitación solo había un jabon, un shampo, 2 toallas, cuando eramos 3 personas en la habitación y tenía poca iluminación la habitación,

Empezando porque no nos dieron las habitaciones que habíamos solicitado a través de la aplicación de booking argumentando que fue una falla de la aplicación así que nos dieron otras con menos beneficios y más caras y al otro día tuvimos que cambiar una de las habitaciones porque no tenían agua caliente y nos querían cobrar un poco más por cambiarlos a otra, pero no accedí y ellos ya no me insistieron y me cambiaron de habitación.
Nos permitieron hacer el check in pasada la media noche.
La calides de la gente! Limpieza de la habitación! Y la ubicación!! Gracias 🙂
