The lady at the checking counter was very pleasant. Sorry not sure her name.

Cons:

The old lady at the breakfast buffet was rude and she seemed like she was being bothered by the fact that we were there! She unplugged the bread toaster way before the end of breakfast as scheduled and had a terrible attitude when politely asked for anything that she took off the table before closing time. She shouldn't work in the service industry with such an attitude towards guests.

Breakfast wasn’t even available as promised. Staff refused to even take a minute to make another pot of coffee. Wasn’t even ready to talk to anyone about the lack of coffee in the flask
