Pécs gyönyörű város
Pros:

Szép nagy volt a szoba és volt klíma. A fitness teremnél levő úr, aki a köntöst adta és mesélt a masszázsról, nagyon aranyos volt.

Cons:

A recepcióval nagyon elégedetlenek vagyunk. Egyszerű kérdésekben nem voltak kompetensek, (pl hol tudunk buszjegyet venni), nekünk volt kellemetlen -nem releváns információs lapok vannak a szobába bekészítve és még mi lettünk kinevetve, mikor rákérdeztünk. Nem volt kellemes a fogadtatás és ha bármilyen kérésünk volt, mindig húzták a szájukat. Vendéglátásban ennél többet várnék el. Névtáblája senkinek nem volt.

Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt, jól felszerelt, jó reggeli. Hűtő a szobában. Wellness medencéket is jól ki tudtuk használni.

Pros:

Nagyon kedvesek voltak, segítőkészek, nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű a hotel, a klíma nagyon jó pár perc alatt lehűtötte a szobát, a vendég ágy nagyon kényelmes, a hűtő nagyon jól hűtött, a folyosón és a szobába is a szőnyeg nagyon jó !

Cons:

A szobában a francia ágy nem a legjobb, matrac kissé kifeküdve, a kuka teteje letörve, nincs szúnyogháló az ablakokon, illetve a wellness részleg nagyon kicsi, és a víz is hideg volt.

Cons:

A személyzet nem volt kedves, sem segítőkész. Azt éreztem könyörögni kell mindenért csak azért mert nincs semmi normálisan feltűntetve. A bár nem működik. A vacsora ingerszegény főként mentes étkezőként. A takarító semelyik nap sem jött, tiszta törölközőért is könyörögni kellett.

Pros:

Vše proběhlo v celku v pohodě.

Cons:

Za večeři pro 3 lidi jsme dali 1200 Kč a odcházeli jsme hladoví. Večeře byla formou švédského stolu, nic méně k výběru tam nebylo skoro nic. Vůbec nic zřejmě nedoplňovali.
