Pros:

The hotel and staff are great. Very clean, modern, and well equipped.

Cons:

There were very noisy disruptive people outside our door all night. We got no sleep and had to address the situation ourselves. To be fair they were a very large, loud group. The front desk kept responding to our complaints, but the guests would hide when she did her walk through. We've never had this problem on our pre house stays. We stepped outside and told them how rude and inconsiderate they were. Finally at 5am we got quiet.

Pros:

The front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

It was very dirty and outdated. There were heavy cobwebs everywhere. The floor was filthy turned your feet black. Dead bugs along the wall. Overall dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very easy to sleep on, and plenty of pillows. The AC worked great,
and we were very appreciative of this because it was very hot outside during our stay.

Cons:

The outside of the building did not match the inside of the room. The outside was run-down, and the location was not optimal. There were some sketchy people at times around the outside of the fenced in property hollering and cussing.

The room was disappointing and dirty. There were bugs on the floor, hair in the shower upon arrival, and a sewage smell in the bathroom. In addition, there was no bedside table, hair dryer, or iron.
