UNDISCLOSED ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED!
Pros:

I was charged an additional $116 destination service fee that was never disclosed during booking or at check in. When I made the reservation, the total price appeared to include all taxes and fees. At no point was I informed by email, phone, text, or by the front desk that I would be charged another $116.

I only found out after checking my credit card statement, which was a complete surprise. When I called the hotel, they refused to take responsibility for not disclosing the fee at check in or even notifying me afterward as a courtesy.

They also require a $200 per night, per room security deposit, which is the highest I have ever been asked to pay.

If you are planning to stay here, make sure you carefully review every charge. You could end up being billed additional fees that were not clearly disclosed.

I rest my case because I was tired and needed a place to crash before my connecting flight but if this were a vacation,

First impression was great and quality furniture is pleasing to the eyes

Cons:

I waited in line for 47 minutes before I’m able to check in. It was obvious to staff there was a long line but check-in process were prolonged because of side comments and chatter. My sheets were gritty and felt like sand was on top of the beddings (the floor was also sandy). The total price of what I paid wasn’t what was advertised on Booking.com (ad says $179/night but I paid double at $347).

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel! Om 12 uur in de avond stond er een zeer lange rij maar de receptionist maakte nog een feestje van het inchecken!

Great overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location as an overnight stop over for LAX which we used for both outbound and inbound flights from Heathrow.

Cons:

Bit of a nightmare trying to find the hotel shuttle bus given the size of LAX. Would be useful to have more details either in the booking confirmation or on their web site.
