Hotel in centro città. La stanza era ben pulita e con una bella veduta esterna. La colazione era abbondante. È confortevole avere sempre a disposizione acqua e caffè nell'area comune.

La stanza per 4 era un pò piccola. Peccato per il festival musicale che si teneva appena fuori dall'hotel e che ha generato rumore fino a tarda serata.

Parking lot is closed. Had to pay a much higher parking.

Shower head didn’t stay on the holder. Shower door won’t be closed tight enough. Water leaks on the floor in the bathroom

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal quartiere di Bryggen.
Colazione ottima.
L'albergo è molto pulito.
E' possibile lasciare i bagnagli in una stanza chiusa a chiave se si arriva prima del checkin.

Cons:

La nostra stanza non era molto grande.
La struttura non ha un parcheggio e il più vicino è a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel (35 euro al giorno circa).

Må ikke forvente å få tilbake gjenglemte ting fra hotellet…. sjekk festival og musikkarrangement på Koengen

Vi må huske å sjekke hva som skjer i Bergen neste gang vi bestiller hotell…. dette hotellet låg for nær konsertarena Koengen. Vi hadde fått rom med utsikt over konsertarenaen, det klirret i vinduene og ikke mulighet for å bytte rom til andre siden.
I tillegg var vi uheldige og glemte igjen en taxfreepose med to champagneflasker på rommet da vi dro. Vi ringte hotellet tre timer etter utsjekk, neste dag fikk vi tilbakemelding om at posen var funnet, men tom for flasker. Vi spurte hvordan dette kunne skje, men ingen kunne gi svar på det…. og insinuerte vi noe? Nei vi kom med en faktaopplysning om en gjenglemt pose på et låst rom…..

Chambre pour 4 trop petite et lits d'appoint pas confortables. Avec les bagages en plus, on se marchait dessus. A 2, ça doit être sympa et lits confortables.

Gut für Stadtnahes Hotel. Frühstück top, Parkplatz war kurzfristig doch keiner da.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück!

Cons:

Es war für das Geld schon ein kleines Zimmer. Nach der Kreditkarte Abbuchung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass doch kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Das war eigentlich der Hauptgrund, dort zu buchen.

D'être informé APRES avoir été débité du paiement de la non disponibilité du parking pourtant réservé il y a plusieurs mois. Nous avions réservé CET hôtel que pour ce service. Enfin, on nous a attribué une chambre avec une salle de bains équipée d'une baignoire alors que le descriptif lors de la réservation précisait bien une douche.
Pour un séjour de 3 jours ce n'est pas très commercial. Mauvaise communication. Informations tardives. Impersonnel

Amazing location, great value for money!!!
Pros:

The hotel’s excellent location is truly unparalleled—almost all of Bergen’s main attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Hanseatic Quarter, Bryggen, the Fløibanen funicular, the Fish Market, etc. are all within easy walking distance, while Rosenkrantz Tower and the Fortress are practically right at the hotel entrance.
Breakfast was the same every day, but there was a generous selection of delicious food to choose from: pastries, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, gluten-free options, coffee, tea, and more. The elevators were fast, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The hotel also offered umbrellas and power banks to borrow, as well as complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the lobby next to a small fireplace. Taxis were immediately available right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The only negative point I have to mention is that we booked a family room, but what we received was essentially a standard room with an additional double bed. This made the room quite cramped for four people, and the wardrobe was also very small, so we practically had to live out of our suitcases. In hindsight, we probably should have booked two separate rooms instead.
