Location is great, general was good, staff was lovely but Thon Oslo was soo much better
Rooms at too small, fridge wasn’t working well! And we had to ask to get someone to clean our room or give us clean towels ! Something that should be happening automatically
Hôtel très bien situé à côté du quartier historique de Bergen. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre « supérieure » donc un peu plus grande au 10è étage avec vue sur le port. La chambre était confortable et calme. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet hôtel.
The location was great, but we booked it because of their parking and it was shut the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good if manic. Special mention to one of the ladies at breakfast, she was from Columbia but I can’t remember her name, but she was so lovely.

Savnet sterkt hårbalsam i dusjen. Fikk tildelt en flaske med shampo og en balsam, men de var av veldig dårlig kvalitet - og jeg er ikke kresen på denslags.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Thon Hotel Orion e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. Il prezzo è un po' elevato, ma tutto sommato in linea con gli standard e il costo della vita in Norvegia.
I punti di forza del soggiorno:
Posizione "wow": Strategica ed eccezionale, praticamente a due passi dalla città vecchia (Bryggen), perfetta per muoversi a piedi.
La colazione: Veramente ottima, ricca e varia, in pieno perfetto stile della catena Thon.
La camera: Seppur non molto grande, era estremamente pulita, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli.
Servizio e coccole: Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di gustare tè e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti in una saletta davvero bellissima e rilassante.

Hotel in centro città. La stanza era ben pulita e con una bella veduta esterna. La colazione era abbondante. È confortevole avere sempre a disposizione acqua e caffè nell'area comune.
Hotel molto centrale e con tutti i servizi. Buona colazione.
La stanza per 4 era un pò piccola. Peccato per il festival musicale che si teneva appena fuori dall'hotel e che ha generato rumore fino a tarda serata.
