La habitación, muy pequeña
Super lokalizacja w samym centrum tuż przy porcie. Fajna strefa na poziomie recepcji z kanapami przy kominku, gdzie można usiąść i napić się kawy lub herbaty, która jest dostępna 24h. Dobre śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, duży plus za opisane alergeny i opcje bezglutenowe.
Breakfast was amazing - many choices - all fresh and delicious!
Not a big deal, but the room could use a bit of maintenance. Window treatments were not longer connected to the pull rods, the shower door leaked, one of the light bulbs was out - just a few things like that.
The location of the hotel was perfect as well as the breakfast. The room met our needs, however, it was a bit small and we had challenges with where to put the luggage - after some reconfiguration, we managed. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful; plus, they provided tea and coffee in the lounge.

A hotel abszolút a belvárosban van, közel minden látványossághoz. A Floyen hegy sikló és a kikötő is csak pár perc gyalog. A szoba nagyon tiszta, az ágyak kényelmesek, a reggeli pedig nagyon bőséges és finom. A személyzet is nagyon kedves volt a recepción és az étteremben is. Jól éreztük magunkat.

Staff was friendly and very helpful on arrival. The breakfast was great. The location could not have been better. We were right by the harbour and in easy walking distance to a number off great areas. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Das Personal war nicht sehr informativ.
Beim Frühstück war es sehr chaotisch und laut.
Das Brot wurde von allen mit den Finger angefasst, keine gute hygienische Lösung, andauernd fehlten Sachen und beim warmen Buffet war es nicht sehr sauber,alles bekleckert und oft leer.

Location is great, general was good, staff was lovely but Thon Oslo was soo much better
Rooms at too small, fridge wasn’t working well! And we had to ask to get someone to clean our room or give us clean towels ! Something that should be happening automatically
Hôtel très bien situé à côté du quartier historique de Bergen. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre « supérieure » donc un peu plus grande au 10è étage avec vue sur le port. La chambre était confortable et calme. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet hôtel.
