The stay was wonderful
Pros:

Very friendly staff and the room super clean and quiet. I requested some towels and blankets and they were delivered extremely quickly

Cons:

I try calling at 10pm to get more blankets

Pros:

Bat was closed , the reason we booked this was the bar .
Starbucks also closed ,there was no warning when booking hotel online that these would be closed for 4th of July which I find pathetic

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La ducha muy buena y baño espacioso. El detalle de que tengan galletas y limonada en el lobby se agradece

Mención especial a la
Atención en el desayuno. Una excelente mujer que atendía (olvide su nombre) pero se le notaba el amor que le ponía a su trabajo.

Los encargados en recepción muy bien. Sobre todo Javier muy amable.

Cons:

Un día no nos hicieron limpieza, también es cierto que tardamos en dejar la habitación libre.

Good for What Was Needed
Pros:

It was super comfortable, food was really good too! The bed was comfy and the room was big enough for what we needed. The breakfast was very good, however I thought it was included in my stay but it was an extra fee. Evening reception upon arrival was excellent.

Cons:

Departure host was rude and the dinner in the cafe was not that great and not willing to make any changes to whatever was on the menu so I recommend going out to eat.
