Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. I slept so good pillows were also exceptional.

it was wonderful and very pleasant, staff was very welcoming helpful and kind to us during our stay.

We enjoyed that it was close to the park, but will never stay here again
Pros:

The room was nice and roomie

Cons:

The property was so loud they had people in the parking lot at all hours all night, screaming music going. You could hear the room next door making tons of noise and complaints were made and nothing was done.

Pros:

I love the cleanliness of the room.
The room temperature was well set, and the TV had a warm welcome message

Cons:

Our room was right across from the laundry room.
We could hear the workers and the washers on.
It was very annoying.
Also, in the reserve package, we reserved the continental breakfast. But when we got there, we were told that breakfast would not be served because the hotel was going through management change.
Also, the person who checked us in didn't mention the incidental fee, and now I can see that there was $350 incidental fee charged on my credit card.
We wish this information is clearly disclosed by the hotel team.

It was just terrible. Never staying there again.
Pros:

Nothing. You advertised "Breakfast included" and there was none. The "Free WiFi" didn't work at all. One of my rooms would not unlock the door, even with repeated key cards, and we had to spend a night in another room without our belongings. It was just a terrible experience. The worst hotel stay I ever had. I will NEVER stay at the Courtyard Marriott again, and I may never use Booking.com again.

Pros:

No pool no breakfast! Apparently everything is not running right now!! Should be made known beforehand if you’re paying $300 a night!! Front desk women were amazing and very understanding why we had to cancel and find another hotel for the kids to swim!
