Good value in King of Prussia with nice breakfast
Pros:

Staff was so nice and helpful in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. Not old looking and everything was in good shape. The free breakfast was very good. They gave us the adjoining rooms we asked for so we could be close to our kids. Parking was plentiful and we were across the street from the mall and Costco which was good for our purposes.

Cons:

The hallway was very dark and smelled a bit.

Will likely never stay in this hotel unless everything else is sold out.

Coffee was good.

Cons:

Old rug in the hallways. Elevator old. Run in room and hallways was sticky. Ants or bugs in the room. I must of seen over 20 little crawlers.
