Bad hotel, even worse management
Pros:

The staff charged me for a late checkout when I checked out around 8:40 a.m. When I called and asked why, they said it was because they sent me my receipt at 2:11 p.m., so they counted that as when I checked out. When I explained how I checked out at 8 a.m. (I physically left my keys on the counter to check out because I had a conference later that morning at 9 a.m.), they refused to let me speak to the manager or get a refund, and said everything was final and there was nothing I could do about it. I am never coming to this hotel again, and I will make sure that no one I know stays at the Wyndham ever in the future. Shame on you and your staff.

It was ok.
Pros:

The location and it was clean. The staff was great.

Cons:

The price for the stay was high for the amenities. When booking was unaware of the price of parking. No breakfast included with the high price. If the parking and breakfast were included with the price of the room it would have been a better value

Good base for exploring the city, average hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. Walkable to Independence Hall and a bunch of good restaurants as well to the Septa subway stations.

Hotel itself was pretty average. Kind of small rooms and pretty loud street noise (fire station nearby). Felt like the staff was pretty unfriendly in general as well compared to most hotels. I think it is a good value hotel, just not much more.

STAY AWAY!!!
Pros:

The hotel rom was disgusting from the room to the bathroom. Stains on the sheets and bed skirt. Dingy moldy bathroom. Tried to get a refund immediately after checking in, was told it wouldn’t be a problem because we were pay at property. No refund and have gotten hung up on every single time I try to call about it. Do not stay here!!!
