OUR NEW GO-TO ON CHERRY HILL, NJ
Pros:

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Employees were kind and helpful. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our requests. A great experience.

Great stay!
Pros:

Nice and clean! Comfortable bed. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Kitchen/Dining room staff were especially wonderful.

Broken elevators; breakfast is only put out once no reloads on food as large as the hotel is and the small selection of dry food. U end up with no breakfast u paid for so go for no breakfast n save your money. Room was not clean. TV remote was missing found it in the sofa bed sheets, trash on rug which showed not vacuumed. No carts to bring luggage up asked desk she said idk I been to busy to notice. Over priced n not worth the stay. Cherry hill nj I expected much better

Lovely Hotel Experience
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights in a king suite top floor. The 500+ sf suite was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast, unfortunately was barely edible. We plan to stay at this hotel again whenever we travel to the area. Couple of practicle considerations: consider bringing a firestick or other device for access to streaming service as their TV set up was not working at the time; the walk-in shower was fine but requires some gymnastics to set water flow and temp without having to get in first; the garbage disposal opening was large enough to permit an adult hand to be inserted if the safety plug is not used; and, finally, be prepared to ignore repeated text and email instructions/demands to complete the precheck-in as it asks for info you do not have. The staff is aware of the problem and is not in a position to fix/change it. Check-in at the desk upon arrival as no problem.

Bad front desk and big messed up with the reservation
Cons:

Serious problems with my reservation and the worst Front Desk people ever. Didn’t have my unit ready and they didn’t apologize for that and then after hours, somebody knock on my door grown apartment. It was a crazy moment.

Perfect for large groups!
Pros:

I stayed with a group of 75 high school students and chaperones and it was perfect for our group! All of our rooms were ready and keys sorted upon arrival. No issues with any of the rooms. The front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating, especially Amanda who worked in the evenings. I know it can be overwhelming when 75 people all show up at once asking for towels and buying snacks, but Amanda always assisted all of our students and staff with a smile. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Philadelphia!
