Man ist sehr schnell mit dem Bus in Philadelphia und an der Mall.

We did not stay. AC could not cool off our room. We left

Cons:

The room offered to us did not have properly functioning air conditioning. The AC unit was unable to cool our room below 85 degrees on a very hot day. Management could not replace or repair the unit and refused to offer us another room. They said it was just a very hot day. We decided not to accept the room, and checked out to stay at another property. We would like a refund for our hotel booking. The room was not used and was vacated within the hour of our arrival. The staff informed us that any refund was a matter between us an booking.com as the third party.
