Fair - very frustrating that we were not made aware of construction
Pros:

Great location - I've stayed there prior and was happy with the accommodation.

Cons:

This stay was not good due to construction. There should have been a discount on the room rate or at least free parking if a facility is under construction.

Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room was too small. The bathroom had no fan in it and the bathroom door couldn't keep open. The toilet was continuously flushing all night we couldn't sleep and the bathroom sink was totally clogged. The water could not drain but we didn't want the hassle inconvenience of having Maintenance there after 10 o'clock at night and disruptions not a comfortable stay

Great room but place was under renovation
Pros:

The room was clean and I enjoyed the size and view from the room.

Cons:

It was under construction and so I had to be escorted to the room. I didn't have access to the wifi.

Noisy and they did not help accommodate us. Looking for a refund.
Cons:

It wasn’t properly communicated that the hotel was under construction. There was jack hammering about my room and when I asked for a room change right after check in, they would not accommodate. But the women in front of me had three room changes. I didn’t feel heard on my concerns. The construction noise was unbearable and my husband and I did not want to stay in the hotel that night but didn’t have a choice after spending $300. I have a video of the noise but it won’t let me attach here. I want a refund.
