Surprisingly good but not yet great

I don't like that my honors status isn't fully recognized when booking with 3rd parties like booking.com
If I'm paying for Honors, honor me whenever and however I am doing business with Hilton.

Shower is a bit tight in width. Elbows bump glass doors.

No safe for storing valuables is an inconvenience.

Coffee and pastries: Mediocre coffee at best. Pastries also, which is unacceptable in a town with great fresh-made pastries (e.g., Pastiche) -- why not upgrade your coffee cafe to a true go-to for guests by upgrading it with pastries by Pastiche -- and a true gourmet coffee machine and server attendant? Have people want to stay and seek out their coffee here, Not always have to walk in town or up to hill.


Parking is ridiculously tight, especially at $30-something per night. I didn't feel comfortable, thinking my car will be scratched or hit. It ought to be better or at a greatly reduced rate like $15.

The hotel was nice but found the price increased significantly coinciding with Brown University’s parent weekend. $425 s
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The driveway entrance was at an odd angle and seemed dangerous pulling in and out of.

The property and its team were perfectly lovely. Everything was clean and efficient.

Cons:

Using booking.com - they have been incredibly unaccommodating dealing with another reservation and I will never use them again. 0/10 do not recommend.

Very comfortable room, completely met expectations.
Pros:

Great location, close to town. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Room was serviced every day, which was a bonus.

Cons:

I was assured I would get credited through booking.com. Hannah checked with the Mgr at the Hilton when approved it but not sure what the disconnect is between the hotel and/or booking.com for the credit since it was approved but I still don’t have it yet. Please work together to resolve and advise thank you
