スタッフが皆さん親切で安心感がありました。

Everything! The staff was so helpful, I got there after a very early flight and was waiting for a room, and they extended breakfast just for me. They were so accommodating and helpful, best stay ever.
The staff went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
I didn't like the fact that when I arrived they had not received any confirmation from Booking. Com.
There were two other guests before me that had the same issue with Booking. Com. The staff were gracious enough to make it happen regardless.
First and foremost…the staff. Kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The amazing young lady that checked us in gave us some great information ask recommendations with a map. We “ran away” spontaneously from the UP for 24 hours and she helped us figure out the best way to spend the 24 hours.

The staff and whomever hires, orients, and oversees them at this Doubletree are excellent! I did not meet one staff member during my four days there who was not friendly and professional—from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant. A special call-out to Cathy and Kurt in the restaurant at breakfast! I was so taken care of. I admit I had hoped to stay in the Hilton across the street for my meeting, but it was sold out and I ended up at the Doubletree. When I arrived, I was disappointed by the lobby and my smallish room, but soon came to be very happy. The shower was well-designed, my room was on a high floor and quiet as I had requested, the gym was well equipped, and everything, my room and common spaces, was immaculately clean. The food could be improved a bit, but it was decent and always delivered with a smile. I would stay there again. Kudos to everyone there!
I came here for a business conference in April 2026. The hotel was fine for what it was. Staff was very nice, however, the entire floor I was on, the 4th floor, had a weird smell that never dissipated. I saw cleaning staff multiple times throughout my stay so not sure what that smell was. Also, my room temperature control did not work. It got to be 75 degrees in my room, despite me setting the A/C to 67 degrees. I finally called the front desk to ask them to have it fixed. The employee responsible for maintenance informed me that the A/C for the entire hotel had not been turned on yet and the only solution was to open my window (where the temperature was 72 degrees) to cool down the room.
Do yourself a favor and stay at the historical Hilton Downtown (across the street from this hotel). It is so much nicer and if I ever come back to Milwaukee, this is the hotel that is the hotel I would be staying in.
I was traveling in for business with four coworkers and we needed five rooms in the process of this reservation. I had to make several changes that required a lot of help from the hotel manager i’ve never had someone be so helpful and patient making changes when they didn’t have to. In addition the front desk staff was happy and helpful as well. Housekeeping was good. The hotel is older, but the room was very clean and old. The hotels have better water pressure. I’m not sure if I would stay anywhere else in Milwaukee going forward, especially if going to a convention.
They know their audience. We were met with friendly valet and a warm cookie! We were in town for weekend long volleyball tournament. The hotel made accommodations for everyone who checked out Sunday to tag and leave their luggage in a conference room at the hotel until we were finished with our tournament Sunday evening!! Phenomenal thinking on their part and a huge stress relief on ours!
The only downside is not being connected to the Skywalk.
It was clean and close to the venue I was attending.
The increased cost to stay that weekend due to the anime convention. I understood it, just didn’t like the cost increase!
