Guest Reviews
Very good location in Downtown. Close to many attractions and business like restaurants and shops, also from the Stadium and even from the Harley Davidson museum. And of course, the famous warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in is a must have at Doubletree chains.
The only negative element was the room acoustics. Downtown can get noisy some times with things like sirens, and the window acoustic isolation was not the best one.

Museo dell’Harley-Davidson
Non è in una zona centrale…..per andare al summer festival abbiamo dovuto prendere un pullman (che comunque passa a 100 metri dall’hotel)
Cuando la ducha tuvo un desperfecto (8pm), inmediatamente una persona fue a repararlo. No fue necesario moverme a otra habitación.
The cookies were amazing! The staff was very nice and helpful.
The “sun deck bar” isn’t open. There is a “bar” but no one is bar tending. The 20 breakfast buffet is a ripoff- sure it’s unlimited but it’s exactly what you’d get for free at any other hotel. The 35$ parking is actually laughable- there is no reason for this level of greed.
The staff at the Doubletree were very helpful. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed my brief stay and I would stop there again on the way home from Door County, Wisconsin.

Nothing to complain about
Housekeeping and front desk service were notably outstanding. Room was quiet and clean. I appreciated the SmartTV that allowed me to login to my AppleTV account (though, I wish Peacock was also an option). Bathroom seemed recently updated - the tub was in pristine condition. The No. 80 Bus from the airport dropped me off directly across the street from the hotel.
The thermostat to the room's air conditioner unit was glitchy - though I never mentioned this to hotel staff. I'm sure if I did, they would rectify the issue immediately. The location of the hotel wasn't as centrally located as I'd like, but it was only a few blocks outside the heart of the city.
