Pros:

Super emplacement au centre-ville et à deux pas de la gare. Petite chambre pour une personne mais avec tout le nécessaire. Petit-déjeuner formidable. Gel douche et shampoing à dispo, salle de bain plutôt grande ! Je suis arrivée très tôt le matin par le train de nuit dans l'espoir de pouvoir au moins poser ma valise et le monsieur de la réception m'a trouvé une chambre déjà prête à m'acceuillir malgré l'heure matinale ! J'ai pu donc finir ma nuit dans un vrai lit !

Cons:

Un vrai labyrinthe ! On se perd facilement dans les couloirs et les étages, un peu difficile de s'y retrouver et il y a peu d'indications pour retrouver son chemin. J'ai voulu descendre jusqu'au premier par les escaliers mais je me suis retrouvée devant une porte close, pas très rassurant en cas d'incendie...

Booking.com let me down on this.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, however the rooms were stuffy, no coffee in the room. The location was excellent.

Cons:

I reserved for two days but only spent one because booking .com and thon astoria weren't in communication at all . I was quite frustrated, didn't get a refund and no one bothered at all.

Frukosten och sättet den serverades på. Personalen och dess bemötande och service

Cons:

Toaletten alldeles för liten. Personalen i receptionen okunnig. Bad om hjälp med temperaturen i rummet. Det var mycket kallt. Lovade att skicka hjälp . Inget hände. Vid kontakt med receptionen dag 2 sen eftermiddag, fick vi veta att det var central inställningen och den stod på sommar temperatur. Fick ingen upplysning om att det fanns element på rummet som vi kunde sätta på.

A pretty good places to stay on a budget
Pros:

The breakfast was truly exceptional! The location is 10 min from the central station. Very convenient overall.

Cons:

The single room is quite small, but still ok. And the bathroom is a bit too small. Even fr a single person, it's quite difficult to get around.
