Great location, Great stay.
Pros:

All your staff, very nice. Front desk, shuttle drivers, maintenance guy. Very helpful with any questions I had. Which were many as I have not been to this city before. Thank you.

Cons:

I just got ready for bed, hair wrapped in towel wet, pj's on. Bed time after a very long day of traveling. Tried to use the TV. Didn't turn on, got out of bed. It wasn't plugged in. Still didn't work. Called front desk twice. Their recommendation didn't work. Finally a maintenance guy came up twice. Finally he figured out the problem. Anyways the reason it didn't work doesn't matter. Having to go through this at the end of a very long traveling day, was the pits.
Also, nothing can be done about this but, the morning traffic noise is loud, especially for lower floors. Future guests my suggestion is request a higher, parking lot view room.

Pros:

View from restaurant and access to breakfast. Proximity to downtown.

The floor in the room is just too old and not soft. The balcony has debris from roof cracking.

Upon arrival there were no carts to load luggage onto. Front desk said they would get us some but none showed up. We had a 8 month old, including our items so my husband had to make 3 trips back and forth from the car. Room was dirty. Bugs were crawling on the ceiling. The lights were flickering in room, and shower light went out. Had to call maintenance to replace. House keeping never came to give us more towels so I had to go back down to front desk and get more.

We appreciated the clean and well furnished room. Staff was extremely polite and friendly.
Pros:

It was easy to access and parking was convenient. View was of the harbor and really enjoyed that.

Cons:

Would have liked a continental breakfast option vs a restaurant only.

Near plantations.
Staff very helpful in sorting out noise issue.

Cons:

Noisy, road and guests next door.
Location, no food options nearby except for waffles, and inhouse restaurant closed for lunch and poor and limited dinner options.
My crab cakes were about 2 bites each for nearly $30 and had to buy crap from lobby to stop feeling hungry.
