Very mixed experience. Location is great- you can walk to the River or Broadway and easy on off freeway.
View from the 24 th floor was fun and we loved that breakfast was on our floor. The Library was a great bar.
Four banks of fast elevators. Unfortunately we had 2 fire alarms the last night and they never had more than one announcement so we had no idea what was going on or what level the threat was—
The phone in our room was one but did not work. We tried to make a reservation and the online page told us the only reservation was at 9:45 pm but when I went up they took us at 6:30 pm and the restaurant stayed empty throughout our meet. Skye was one of our favorite meals and we almost missed it due to no way to get an earlier reservation. People were super friendly.
Camera molto grande, letto comodo, ottima vista! Personale molto gentile e colazione ottima ( a là carte) con 25 $ di spesa inclusi, oltre si paga! Posizione 8/10 minuti a piedi da Broadway comunque centrale. Centro fitness ben attrezzato, non ho visitato lo Sky lounge.
Se devo proprio trovare un difetto forse il tempo di attesa degli ascensori, il resto super.

Disappointed in the hidden fees. we were charged a $25. a day resort fee and $55. dollars a day to park in the garage. Not shown when booking on Booking.com

Remon was extremely polite and attentive working in the lounge on the 24th floor.
The Sheraton hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 mins walk from the main Broadway area and as we had hoped to be just far enough away from the noise & hustle of Broadway but not too far away. This area of the city is really nicely developed with a number of shops and restaurants just a couple of mins away. The government buildings opposite had major construction work ongoing during our stay but this could not be heard within the hotel or our room. The hotel itself is modern and well styled including a nice large lobby area with seating to relax or work, cool glass fronted elevators and the bar to grab a coffee, sweet treats or something stronger! There is also a shop shop in the lobby area to great some essentials for the room or gifts. The sky lounge is having great views across the city while you get to enjoy a cocktail! The room itself was very comfortable with additional fridge for personal use, an iron, nice large seating area but unfortunately no kettle. I would also like to highlight that the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic, all very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel as a great place to stay in downtown Nashville!

This hotel offers decent sized, clean accommodation which has recently been refurbished. I cannot fault the hard product offering in any form. It is disappointing that the soft product did not meet the same high standards. The staff member who processed the check in was perhaps the rudest and most dismissive person I have ever encountered in hospitality. She was intentionally rude in the way she spoke and offered no assistance beyond processing payment and supplying room keys. Whilst I understand the need for destination fees in certain areas, the supplied benefits associated with the fee should be transparent and informed during check in. I had to repeatedly ask to receive information about the benefits that were included. Unless the hotel can make serious improvements in staff morale and training, I would not recommend this hotel on the basis of feeling unwelcome.
The hotel is great, very clean, great location. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Go see Allie at the bar! She is FANTASTIC!! She makes an AMAZING Paloma! I also highly recommend the breakfast sandwich!!!
Location, was close enough to all the activities but far enough so the noise did not follow us
