Prepaid reservation but was turned away
Pros:

I couldn't tell you what I liked because we were turned away. I did originally like that it was in a good location since it was close to where my wife and I were heading the next day. But we never got to stay there or enjoy our weekend

Cons:

After a very long drive we arrived at midnight and were told that they overbooked even thought we prepaid and we didn't have a room. No email, no call. No help to find another hotel. We were forced to give up our weekend plans and drive hours back home.

Very comfortable when everything's been working order

Staff did what it could. Generally friendly and accommodating. Pool. It is appears that the fitness centers improved over prior visits

Cons:

front desk needs better staffing, couldn't get through on the telephone both before and during the trip. telephone didn't work in two different rooms. Internet didn't work the first night in our suite and these things had to be dealt with while we were expecting guests. You have a light of the sweet living room that doesn't have any apparent way to shut it off. You waste a ton of energy having televisions on all the time when people haven't even arrived for their rooms yet.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The cleanliness, fresh smell, friendly and welcoming staff. Nice decor. There are restaurants and target within walking distance; safe area.

Cons:

The pillows in the rooms were way too soft making it difficult for a good nights sleep.
