Room was clean and very functional for my needs
The circumstances for which I had to stay overnight
This is not a safe property. There is police activity daily. I feared daily when going to/from work. Smells like drugs and cigarettes. Was propositioned outside and hassled when I tried to leave. GM is aware and clearly a part of it. Place is a dump.
Clean, friendly and ready early.
Consider adding ginger ale to be purchased in the small snack shop.

Very well located in a commercial neighborhood with all sorts of shops and eateries. Rooms are well maintained and fully equipped. Bathroom well cleaned. Staff are courteous but only 1/3 front desk was operating while there was a queue of customers. The parking is not free (15$/night). Management should look into this as an incentive to customers.

somewhat dated, pool didn’t seem right - reeking of chlorine and no visible water circulation, and the a/c in the room was as loud as a broken tractor
I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this hotel.
After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left a brand-new pair of Nike shoes in the closet. I immediately called the hotel, and the manager, Michelle, assured me that she had investigated and that my shoes were not found.
Because I knew exactly where I had left them, I filed a formal complaint. Only after that investigation began did the same manager email me saying my shoes had suddenly been “found.” It’s very concerning that they were supposedly missing until a complaint was filed.
Based on my experience, I found the manager to be rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I felt like my property was not handled honestly, and it left me with little confidence in the hotel’s integrity.
I can’t say what anyone’s intentions were, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. If you value honesty and accountability, I would recommend staying elsewhere.
Check in was quick the facility was clean and the staff was professional and courteous
Nothing I can think of it was only for one night but I was definitely pleased
We stayed overnight after my husband's cataract surgery and before a follow-up appointment the next morning.
The hotel was very accommodating to a very early check-in due to the time of my husband's surgery. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options offered in their bistro.
All in all, very stress free!
Nice location, clean
I would have appreciated a little more curtesy and politeness, welcoming more professional greeting from the check in clerk, didn’t seem to know how to work the credit card system, wanted to run my card twice after it had already been authorized, I refused!!!
Room service was great. Customer service wonderful, and the mattress was top notch excellent. Sleeping was awesome. Hotel environment and patrons were nice.
Having to purchase snacks and wait in same line as room purchase. Not a big deal, though.
