Location was good for my purpose
Untrained staff specially the front disk, the pillows were small the bed was not comfy. The room’s key was not working most of the time and we had to activate it every day!!
The hotel is outdated and needs an attention from Marriott!!
Checking in/out was so understaffed…15 min each experience.
Checking in I told them I did not have a car.
Checking out I was charged for parking. Check your bill always.
Elevators on two occasions didn’t work with the room key access.

Easy check in and very helpful staff
When I went to check in, the hotel had informed me that they just switched over to a new online system and therefore could not check me in at the 4p time slow. I had a night time event I needed to get to and wanted to put my stuff in my room ahead of time. I waited for about 45 minutes and they were able to then check me in, but because of the new system, they would not use my company card on file with pre authorization, so I had to end up using a different credit card to check in. I got to my room and put my stuff down to head out to my night time event. I got back later that night to log into the wifi, and while I was able to connect, did not have Internet and therefore could not get any work done. I noticed that my door lock did not work, but since the upper part had the thing you could extend out to prevent the door from opening, I just set that up instead. I had a few items I put in the refrigerator and when I went to retrieve them in the morning, I noticed that the fridge was not working and all my items were warm and ruined. When I went to check out, I asked for my folio and was told again that due to the new software system, they could not print anything out. I found the outside of the hotel littered with trash and very dirty. There was a large group of middle school students that checked in the night before, so I was unable to use the indoor pool because it will filled with teenagers. Honestly, this is not the type of service I would expect from a Marriott hotel and was thankfully there only one night.
We had an overnight stay at this location since it was close to the “sixth man center” . The location was great and hotel was very clean. But the best thing is Vinz Alan at the front desk. He was very kind and went above and beyond making sure our stay was top notch. We wish we stayed longer but definitely would stay again all just because of him! We have been bonvoy members (used to be Starwood) for almost 20 years now and I only write reviews only when it’s deserving. Vinz is a wonderful asset to the Marriot team.

Convenient to many places, very clean and great staff. The restaurant offered a simple menu that was satisfying.
The lobby chairs are a bit shabby and stand out from the rest of the building.
