Increible atención
Pros:

Excelente atencion por parte del personal de recepción. Nos guiaron mucho y nos dieron recomendaciones de paseo ademas que nos apoyaron con el resguardo de nuestro equipaje. la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. El baño muy amplio y limpio.

Cons:

El único problema que tuvimos fue el control de temperatura del cuarto. batallamos un poco en lograr que la calefaccion se apagara porque el cuarto se sentia un poco caliente durante la noche.

Pros:

Die Grösse des Zimmers übertraf 60 Zentimeter des Bettes über 3 Seiten. Koffer konnten nur am Bett geöffnet werden, musste dann, in Ermangelung einer Ablage, geschlossen über Nacht vor der Zimmer-Eingangstür zimmerseitig abgestellt werden!!!!!!
Nach / vor dem Bettgang daselbe Prozedere...........

Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgeliefert.
War die Pyjama am morgen unter der Bettdecke, war sie am Abend, bei "gemachten" Zimmer '
dort zu finden............
So viel zum Service........
Meist brennte auch noch das Badezimmer-Licht bei der Rückkehr,
auch wenn wir dies am Morgen gelöscht hatten.....

L'expérience était bonne malgré un accueil mitigé et une manque d'isolation phonique

La propreté, les équipements étaient conformes à meq attentes. La position géographique était parfaite pour découvrir sans soucis la ville

Cons:

Le premier accueil n'a pas été très agréable. Bien que nous ne soyons pas aussi aguerris à la pratique de l'anglais nous avions toute la bonne volonté pour y arriver et avons constaté que la personne qui nous a reçu était agacé. Par ailleurs, les voisins de chambre étaient bruyants tout comme le personnel qui a passé l'aspirateur vers 6h30 du matin

Great location and comfortable rooms, shower was a tiny bit cramped for my liking for washing hair etc but not an issue and many other places have been the same! Staff were fantastic and very helpful

The location is excellent and the rooms are clean, however they are quite small. The windows cannot be opened, so there is no access to fresh air. In addition, the rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting, which may not be suitable for guests with allergies.

Cons:

No eating facilities. Very disappointing. £338 TO STAY 2 NIghts. Most staff were very friendly. Did not like a remark the girl made when booking me in.my partner and l both widows have been together for 10 years. I am 87 my partner 78. We are good companions. To ask at reception what's your boy friends .name was very tactless and degrading. That put me off the place to start with.she was the only one .

Great location and very good service! Expensive for a 3 star hotel but worth it since it is so central. Felt quite safe

Great location. Very close to all the central spots. Staff very nice. Concierge service 24 hours. Room amenities were quite decent as well!

Cons:

Late checkout was 20£ an hour. It should be given for atleast an hour. But they kindly held our luggage for free

Ottima posizione
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale per visitare Edimburgo.
La stanza è piccolina ma tutto sommato può andare bene.
Peccato facesse un po freddo e non c era modo di scaldarla.
L acqua della doccia abbondante e bella calda

Cons:

Che non funzionasse netflix per chi come me fatica a dormire ..sul telecomando era presente Na non c era modo di inserire le proprie credenziali.
