Le matelas est confortable, la chambre est assez grande bonne grandeur de frigo

Cons:

L'humidité++ dans l'hôtel. Peu de choix de repas trop de frites pas assez de salade. Séjour pour formation. Pas d'accompagnement avec le café
Les toilettes publiques propreté a surveiller au rez de chaussé.
Les équipements du gym sont incomplets Les poids.

Im dont complain on my stay. Other than those stuff in the front desk they need to have training in costumer service

Awful, over charged for a 1 star hotel
Pros:

Operational Manager assisted with refunding meal due to dietary restrictions. Assisted in getting new room. However did not take the new room as the interent appeared to be working once again. Didn't want to repack then unpack

Cons:

Internet stop working again. Bed was full of sand. Asked to have new sheets put on. Received one cover sheet and was left to change the sheet myself. Second bed never received replacement sheet. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in shower container. Asked for replaced. Finally received shampoo and conditioner on last night stay. Had to pay $15.00 for parking each day. Breakfast didn't have any respect for dietary restrictions. Staff were rude and not helpful.

Overall good location and value but not a vacation feel
Pros:

I liked the location, it’s close to Montreal city area. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

There was no room cleaning service, the shower and the toilet were in the same room and then the sink was located in the room itself.

The pool wasn’t really useable… it felt like a display instead of an actual useable pool and the facility was a little dated and old

Petit moment de détente avant de partir en voyage.
Pros:

Agréablement surpris par toutes les commodités et l'ambiance de l'établissement. Aussi la location de stationnement pour la durée de nos vacances et le service de navette avec l'aéroport.
Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cet hôtel.
