Iys clean and easy to find the location

Employee are not really helpful about the parking spot. It’s our first time to check in we don’t know the parking spot
One of employee she you can just go other side. My husband is waiting for 30mins it’s really cold.
Employee did not really give a clear instructions that there is a gate pass something.

Good Visit but missing the comfortable aspect
Pros:

What my boyfriend & I liked about the property was how easy the check in - process was and how nice the staff was and how cold the room was. It was also very clean.

Cons:

What we didn’t like about the property is: for all the money you are paying, the pool is only open specific times on weekends and there is always children in there so when you want quiet time, you can’t really go in. Also the breakfast times are served at strange hours and for the price you’re paying continental breakfast should be included. A lot of the times we had to chase the housekeeper for fresh towels, sheets,
Face cloths ect. The shower also had missing soap/ shampoo/ conditioner not on the dispenser and we also found a screw randomly in the bed which luckily neither of us landed on cause that would have been awful.😞

Gutes Hotel super gelegen für Trips ins Zentrum und in die Umgebung
Pros:

Gute Lage. Familienzimmer/ Suite war geräumig. Küchenzeile gut aber ohne Geschirr. Zimmer direkt am Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Leider laut bei Abendveranstaltungen.

Would not recommend for multiple night stays
Pros:

The atrium is fun and the sauna is a nice amenity

Cons:

Rooms described as two queens are 100% two doubles instead. Lots of dirt in the corners. Lighting in the rooms is odd - very harsh and not intuitive switches.
