Attempted to check in at 515 today. Told “we don’t have a room available & don’t know when it will be bc we let a bunch of people check out at 4 late today”. Unrealistic and rude front desk lady. We have been traveling all day and need to rest. We left and went elsewhere. What’s the point of check in time?
A fantastic location close to everything in downtown Knoxville, and a very clean and comfortable room which was also nice and bright. Staff were very helpful and let us sort ourselves out and leave our bags prior to check-in while we explored. The TV in our room (which I normally don't really care about, but we were not blessed with good weather!) also worked well and everything was easy and manageable. Couldn't fault the hotel for a short stay.
Car parking is expensive, but same as anywhere else really.

Location was great in town for daughter's graduation so it was perfect close enough to walk to gay st and market square.
We arrived at breakfast one morning and we were told we had until 10am and it was only 9:20 and they were already picking up breakfast and when I said something the lady shot back at me that she too would like to go she doesn't have all day to pick up after the guests-- ok so we just left and went out

Clean and felt safe
The staff were really nice, friendly and accommodating.
The bed sheet was dirty and had a stain in it, the second sheet we got also had a stain but we just ignored it. Also, as soon as we got on the second floor, it reeked in the hallways and smelt like cat pee, obviously it wasn’t cat pee but it didn’t smell right. One of the staff were spraying air freshener down the halls but it didn’t help much
Easy to get to by driving and walking. Bar tender Chris and concierge were extremely helpful with information and directions
