Pros:

The pool

Cons:

Hot tub was cold
Loud disrespectful neighbors
The door wouldn't stay latched going outside to the hotel kinda scary
The toilet in our room constantly ran.

Great Waterpark
Pros:

Room was clean. Pretty standard. Waterpark was awesome. Kids had a blast.

Noisy neighbors way past 10pm, till about 1am.

Great for the kids!
Pros:

I was scared to book the property based on the reviews that I read, but we did it anyway because my kids have been cooped up in the car. I’m glad I did. It wasn’t dirty. The staff was polite. The room was clean and spacious great value for the price.

Water park was good. Staff was kind and overall our stay was good.
Pros:

Booked it for the water park.

Cons:

My kids did enjoy the water park, even though I felt it was rundown and not very safe. Our room was also in disrepair. The front door and bathroom doors both looked as though they had been kicked in.

The staff was friendly. It was a place to stop for the night.

Cons:

The room was musty smelling, especially the bathroom area. Bedding was stained. The hot tub was DISGUSTING! I can't believe so many people were using it. I guess, considering that, I wouldn't have wanted to eat from a continental breakfast there if it were provided. No breakfast. There was a restaurant on site where breakfast could be purchased separately.

Pros:

I loved hearing the kids playing in the water park and being able to go and sit in the hot tub was great. My room was clean and my bed comfortable.

Cons:

The staff looked tired and like they couldn't care. And I hated the crappy cushions that is on the beds
