Pros:

This place was excellent!! Will definitely be coming back! With a family of three young kids the pools and slides were perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and very clean, overall a 10/10!!

Cons:

I call the property July 10 to cancel my stay. Booking also called them to cancel and was waiting for a whole week to get a confirmation of cancellation but they never did every time I called the front desk lady named Emma was really rude I’ve made complaints and been trying to talk to the manager but every time I asked she ask why I wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore

Pros:

Location and we liked the water park

Cons:

One of the beds smelled horribly like urine. We were unable to use it. The room had not been cleaned very well.
The water Park was nice and we were happy to use it,but I would not recommend the rooms. ...or at least our room

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked the 12 pm checkout time instead of 11.
My youngest really liked the pool and we all liked the little arcade.
Our room was comfortable.
The on-site restaurant (Boston Pizza) was convenient and good.
I was sent a link via text to pre-check in so all I needed to do was tell the front desk my name and sign a paper saying the information I provided was correct.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. We drove from Wall, a long drive, and we just wanted to get out of our car. Check-in was at 4.
The trolley we used to haul our belongings must have been broken. It was really hard to steer.
2 of the lamps didn’t work and a couple of the fixtures were barely hanging on (TP holder and a hook).
I requested a 1 pm late checkout during the mobile check in but when I tried to confirm that in person she said to come and ask in the morning. I didn’t see the point and didn’t think I should’ve had to when I already requested it. I thought it was weird and inconvenient. So we left by noon.

Shut this place down.
Pros:

Stay away! Complete waste of a lot of money. How has this place not been shut down? Absolutely disgusting. Sketchy people hanging around all over. They were constantly going in and out to smoke and do God knows what at all hours, up all night, slamming doors, yelling at each other, very loud in the hallways, and lurking in the parking lot. Finally quieted down a bit at 4 AM. Husband and son left the room to look at the pool and a few seconds later somebody walked into our room while my daughter and I were in there and quickly left when they saw us. It wasn't housekeeping, never saw anyone around the building from that department. How were they able to get in our room?! Unfortunately we booked for 2 nights, tried to get our money back for the 2nd night, but front desk girl wouldn't give it to us because we booked through a third party site weeks before. There were no rooms available anywhere else in Sioux Falls due to lots going on in the city that weekend. They gave us a different room on the 2nd floor far away from the front of the building where were were originally, but creepy hallways to get there. A few sketchy people up there, but at least they were quiet. We had the day planned with lots to do around Sioux Falls, so we brought all of our stuff back our to our vehicle and brought it with us when we left for the day as we didn't trust leaving anything there when we weren't there. The elevator barely worked. The carpet in the rooms and hallways were filthy, looked like puke stains all over. Mold in the bathroom. No ventilation system, everything in the room was damp. Very dark room. Bugs in the room. We didn't even bother with the water park or the on-site restaurant. We spent as little time in this dump as possible. Highly suspect drug use and trafficking and/or prostitution going on there. Keep a close eye on your kids! The pictures online of this place are not current. This place might have been nice 30 years ago, but at this point it should be put out of its misery.
