Pros:

Very friendly staff when checking in/out. Very clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

We had to check out early in the am due to timing of events, so we were unable to get breakfast (at 0645 on Sunday morning). Even if the hot food buffet was not set up, having a station of grab and go quick things would have been very nice for us as we were going to athletic games.

Great stay at the hotel overall, breakfast not on par
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very neatly organized. The hotel location was great, 12 min ride from city attractions and not far from the train station. The hotel has a large parking area as well.

Cons:

The only thing I would think the hotel could improve on is breakfast and the staff managing it. The breakfast was very basic, coffee was low quality as were fruit juices. There was a lack of fruits and bread assortment, not to mention there were no cheese or pie selection of any kind. The small selection of bagels and bread does not cut it for a hotel this size. The breakfast room arrangement was not great, there is no need for high and low tables and the staff supervising breakfast was not courteous nor helpful, and stood on the way. The hotel had a very nice patio where people could eat breakfast especially in the summer. The patio could also be accessed from the breakfast room but the door to it for some reason remained closed and you had to ask for it to be opened up.
