Why, when they know there are 4 people in the room, do they only provide 3 bath towels? Why?
This property was absolutely fabulous! It’s centrally located in the downtown area where many of restaurants, shops & attractions are in walking distance. The staff was very professional & helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many options. Looking forward to our next trip!

The check-in experience was easy and friendly! We were given a map of the city and free bottles of water right on check-in. The hotel concierge was very knowledgeable.

Chosen for its reputation and location, this hotel did NOT disappoint! We loved our super clean room with very comfortable bed! We appreciated A/C that worked very well and was easy to control and not too loud. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Overall, we had a good experience, and the staff was extremely
friendly and helpful. However, as feedback for improvements, both my
family and I noticed that the rooms had a slight smell. It wasn't
overwhelming, but just enough to notice, especially in comparison to
our experience at the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls one day ago, where
we did not experience this issue.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Toronto and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I appreciated the work done by the housekeeping staff.
The only issue I encountered was with a charge for bottled water. I left the original bottle in my room completely sealed and untouched. After housekeeping serviced the room, the unopened bottle had been replaced with a new one, and I was later charged $6.78 for it. I don't believe guests should be charged when an unopened item is replaced during routine housekeeping, and I hope the hotel reviews this process.
Aside from that, my stay was enjoyable, the staff were courteous, and I would consider staying here again. I just hope this small but frustrating issue is addressed for future guests.
Great location in downtown, raised their prices multiple for world cup, just a “regular” hotel where u pay more for a name. They keep your deposit for up to 2 weeks after checking out what is for sure huge no no for future trips at any hyatt…

Great location. Comfy beds. Wonderful caring staff. Offered me a complementary late check out when requested and stored my bags until my evening flight, with an offer to use the women’s locker room to freshen up before leaving for the airport.
