L’accueil de Zain, les petits déjeuners excellents et l’emplacement.
posizione silenzio
bagno un po’ vecchio
Gute Lage, moderne Zimmer.
Wifi hat nur sehr langsam funktioniert. Der Fön im Zimmer war defekt.
We were stuck in toronto after our flight home was cancelled. The staff went above and beyond ti help us at a stressful time.
Óptima localização e conforto
A Amnit era a nossa concierge e foi impossível falar com ela durante toda a estadia. Tentamos inclusivente até enviar email com questões importantes e nunca ontivemos resposta. Uma desilusão.
Centrally located in the city.
Parking garage was filthy.
Check in was easy and parking was convenient.
Paid more than expected and no breakfast included. When I stay at Staybridge suites I get a big beautiful buffet for breakfast and it’s half the price for a suite.
It’s important to note: the customer service was excellent. We had an appetizer in the Lobby restaurant and it was fine.
However, this didn’t feel like a Hyatt to us. It was more like a three-star Holiday Inn. I don’t see this to be snooty, but I am somebody who loves nice hotels. We usually stay at the park Hyatt, but it was sold out. Hyatt Regency are typically very nice hotels, but I would not stay here again.
We were surprised That our “newly Renovated” room was so tired. The bed was visually lumpy, when we pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs ((Which we do in every single hotel we stay at) It was obvious that it was a really old mattress. The room was carpeted in very worn, dated fabric, The bathtub was also very dated, with a super low old toilet, a step in tub, and a fixed showerhead (not even hand-held that is removable).
We intended to lounge by the pool, but we were immensely disappointed when we got off the elevator and walked toward the pool area: We immediately noted that there was not a single area to sit that had Shade, there were no umbrellas, and it was just a tiny pool area with people sitting soaking their feet. It’s Unavoidable that the pool area is so tiny, but is by no means a pool you we would sit around and have a drink while reading. If you have young kids that want to jump up and down and splash around, this is the place.
I want to get emphasize that the service was excellent, the staff was very, very friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints whatsoever. We deduce that because it was so close to the Rogers center, this is obviously a hotel young people stay at for baseball games and concerts. Despite the insane $600 a night room fee, it is not really for people looking for a “low-end (ie 4-star) luxury” room.
Rooms need Major renovation. I was very surprised that this has maintained a four start rating.
The location of the hotel is superb. We walked to CN tower and lake dinner cruise terminal. We did hiking along the lake and mall shopping. Hotel staffs especially restaurant staffs accommodated my granddaughters allergies needs. We had a super relax family vacation.
Great location in the heart of Toronto. Walkable to the CN tower, Rogers Stadium and Scotia Bank arena. Lot's of fabulous places to eat close by.
Ashok & Travina provided excellent customer service in securing me a certain room type. The birthday dessert waiting ion the room at check in was awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, modern rooms, excellent location for walking to CN Tower & Rogers Centre. The breakfast buffet via Guest of Honor pass was awesome we loved it. Rooftop pool was cold but still a nice setting. Loved our stay!
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. We had a fantastic experience. We were able to check in early and the process was made easy.
This is an amazing Hyatt hotel in a great location in Toronto. We are visiting family but is staying close to downtown due to the closest to the University hospitals. The hotel is beautiful and the suite is so spacious. Everything was clean and the staff was very attentive and professional.
Great location downtown Toronto. Great customer service. However hotel a bit old and blend. Room and bathroom on the smaller size. AC in room not performing enough. Would need to be updated to today's standards.
Location
Bad room arrangement. We booked and paid earlier for high floor with Toronto Tower view many months in advance, but we only got bad view with bad view upon checking up. That’s not nice nor fair. It’s shows that the hotel staffs didn’t care to make prior arrangements as per guests’ requests
