Cute and Cozy
Pros:

Nicely decorated, clean, very friendly staff. I stayed for my 32nd birthday. I plan to stay again in the next few months.

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say besides the view wasn’t the best but once you’re inside it doesn’t matter.

My Stay was very relaxing. The Hotel clerk was very helpful and very professional.

A wonderful place to stay that ties in local history to its theme.
Pros:

Intentional, friendly, the hornet theme connected to Charlotte was great, Beds comfortable, room clean and quiet. Loved the water refill stations of every floor. How convenient! Very nice place, would stay again!

Cons:

I wish there were 2 bicycles in the fitness center.

Disappointing, felt we paid for the amenities and they weren’t available as advertised.
Pros:

The room was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is under massive construction and none of the amenities we booked the hotel for were not available. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere.

Staff were nice .
Pros:

We were given a newly renovated room however we had booked a king suite and was given a queen.

Cons:

We understand properties need to be renovated however we weren’t told about the renovation until 45 minutes before we were about to arrive on the day of our arrival. We would have liked to have been given the opportunity to decide if we wanted to deal with construction. The shower stall needs to have a shelf to hold shampoo/conditioner/ soap instead of having to put things on the floor of the shower. There was no compensation for receiving a queen suite instead of a king suite. Grab an go breakfast🥲, the breakfast in years past was one of the reasons we wanted to come back to this location

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice.

Cons:

One staff member was deceptive, the place is under a massive renovation so be prepared, I step on a screw barefooted in the room so be warned and know the hotel is nothing like others in the chain.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would really appreciate a refund

Parking was right out front

Cons:

Everything about it and it was under construction also I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast because apparently the cost of the room dosent include the breakfast
