Loved the location and the hostess when we got there for check in is always a delight. She has a great sense of humor and is always so welcoming. Really enjoy the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and room.
The beds are not comfortable. If the beds were improved this would be the top stay in the area that I have ever had.

I am used to being recognized as a Hilton Honors member and receiving water and snacks. This was not done. The staff in general was not very welcoming but only had to act minimally with them. Based on the location I booked a room with a balcony, after an issue with our assigned room we were moved to a room in the front of the hotel, the balcony had a great view of the Hampton Inn sign. No need to pay the extra money for a balcony there is nothing to look at.

Charge my mom card 250 for smoking and I didn’t smoke no where in the building only in smoking section and I tried to talk to the manager Bob Lincoln but he won’t respond

We have stay at a lot of Hampton inn and this one was disappointing the breakfast was no good people were ok very disappointed will no stay at that one and the bed and pillows were bad !

No outdoor pool
Mitten in der "Touristenzone", diverse Restaurant in Fussnähe erreichbar (oder mit dem gratis Shuttle-Bus). Zimmer geräumig.
Pool nicht ausgeschildert, musste nach dem Weg fragen. Im Pool-/Fitnessbereich seltsamer Geruch. Zimmer mit Plattenboden, Flecken sichtbar (die man mit etwas Kratzen auch wegmachen kann).

The hot tub and pool were amazing and clean. The reviews were not kidding when they said there's no shortage of towels. They defiantly provide plenty for our stay. The breakfast room was very spacious and gave everyone the perfect amount of breathing room. The food was a good 4/5 rating. Nothing really to special and a little limited, but overall Good for the purpose of waking up to a decent meal to begin your day. The pillows are SO SOFT! The location is absolutely beautiful.
This could have been our error if we would have just asked, but for my wife whom is handicap with a leg prostatic, the toilets sat a little bit too low for her comfort. The beds were a bit to stiff for my back, but we do have a pillow top at home, so we're a little spoiled with a soft bed. Again, just a personal and honest preference and nothing that everyone should go by when choosing a hotel.
