The room was stuffy and the air did not work very well
The rooms were clean, parking was available at different points allowing easy enough access to our room even during a crowded weekend and parking lot, kids enjoyed swimming pool and fitness area, free coffee was made available, rooms provided even irons, and the like. No bugs found.
The air in our room was set to auto and wouldn't provide adequate cooling, the TV signal was very poor and couldn't be watched much, room service kept coming to our door over our two day stay around 9-9:30 while we were all sleeping waking everyone. Even on our checkout day we were bothered by room service hours before our checkout time. We stayed two days and was only given meal vouchers for one day. Our refrigerator would hardly get cold.
Garbage was overflowing out of all the trash cans and all over the ground
Staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Customer service as it should be everywhere.
