Our room smelled like sewer, the bathroom lite went out on Thursday morning, we had no bathroom light when we left on Friday, our room keys kept demagnetizing so we had to walk a long way too get new keys and my knee that just had knee replacement surgery kept swelling going back and forth

Got the shuttle to the hotel zone 3 runs every 30 mins leaves the hotel every half the hour not a long journey hotel check in was slow the one thing I didn’t like was that they ask for a deposit which is returnable but it makes it sound more expensive they want €50 on top they gave us a welcome pack snack bag which was nice the room itself was ok bed was comfy and big pillows were comfy as well the bathroom was a good size and has amenities they do have a pool and a gym it is a long walk to the rooms from reception lovely hot water which is what’s needed after a long flight lifts floor felt like being in a Wetherspoons pub all sticky the carpet needs to be updated to holiday inn standard didn’t like how the air con turns it self on and off through the night I want it one at all times
