Great value, great staff, great breakfast!
Pros:

Great breakfast! Clean and new facilities. The location was near the downtown with a 10 minute walk. Staff was fantastic and friendly.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are older and the bathrooms are very small. Very little room to even move around. This was way too much money was this hotel/what was received. The carpets were stained all over. The booking of this said breakfast was included but when I read further, it was $20 total for a room. We had 4 people and it was a restaurant inside the hotel that served breakfast. I'm not sure how far you expected $20 to go. I'll be more cautious when using booking.com

Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are a good size. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is next door to the convention center. They actually share a parking lot.

Cons:

No breakfast is included with your room reservation. There is a restaurant in the hotel so meals are available for a fee.

Loved the bed very comfortable
Pros:

I liked it when the elevator got to the first floor. I don’t like heights, eighth floor is too high.
