muy amena pero tuvimos que cambiar 2 veces de habitación porque olían muy fuerte a caño y el último día no tuvimos luz,

Excelente desayuno y ubicacion, estaba limpio el hotel

Cons:

Se me hizo muy viejo el hotel, demasiado caro para lo que ofrecian. Mi cuarto tenia un olor raro. El personal de limpieza demasiado amable, y limpiaban muy bien los cuartos, es mas tema de las instalaciones.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel
Pros:

the sonora grill restaurant inside if the hotel. the location is good too.

Cons:

The staff is very rude.
First they gave us a room on the 9th floor, with no wifi, no phone to call the reception and the room was old. first they said they have no more available rooms to change, we asked the money back to be able to change the hotel. then somehow they found another available room. the room was ok, but the shower was horrible. overall, the hotel is very old and not well maintained .. the gym is horrible and dusty. the staff at the reception and at the restaurant is so rude, and zero service...
