Cons:

The young woman who assisted me with my check-in was not as welcoming or empathetic as I would expect from someone in a customer service role. Unfortunately, the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of professionalism I believe your organization strives to provide. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of respectful, compassionate customer service.

Bugs, hair and doors that don’t lock.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was nice and inspected the room and ensured we’d get a refund and checked us out.

Cons:

I didn’t feel safe, the door to our balcony only stayed closed if it was dead bolted. We found bugs in the bed.

We checked in, took our stuff to our room, and went for dinner. After dinner we came back to the room to get comfortable and pulled back the blanket and found bugs and hair on the pillows. We immediately checked out and got a new hotel down the road.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t recommend.

Elevator dirty, hallway filthy, pungent/animal urine like odor once the AC is turned off...hair on our towels and sink, toilet and tub not cleaned properly...

I chose a smoke free room and it stunk of cigarettes the minute i walked in. Also after staying there for 30 minutes i noticed roaches all over the place the restroom the blind and hiding behind the table. Was not a good stay
