Comfortable bed. Toiletries need refilling.

Pros:

The air conditioner didn't work all night both of us woke up many times trying to reset it to the right temperature it never worked. I had to call the front desk when I woke up and tell them it was broken for the next person and they said oh no just turn it off leave it off for 10 seconds and turn it back on it'll be fine. Well why couldn't they put a short piece of paper underneath the thermostat to tell us that
