Not much. It was close to the area I wanted tho.

Cons:

The only staff was when I checked in/out.
They demanded a $50.00 CASH deposit for incendentals. I had to go find a bank that would take my card and go vack to check in. At check out I had to demand my deposit be returned to me. They had every intention of keeping it (Cash deposit???) I will never stay in this dump again.

Climatisation défaillante à l’entrée rien ne ressemble au photo sur le site
Odeur infecte dans la chambre sans oublier l’insalubrité complet de la chambre, les planchers était collant la salle de bain mal nettoyer , la toilette qui avait peine à évacuer,
Trou de brûlure de cigarette dans les draps
Tout ça sans oublié un combiné de présence de coquerelle …
Nous somme reparti 1h après notre arrivés et demander un remboursement et au même moment il y a à déjà d’autres client qui attendait pour des situations similaires ainsi que les coquerelle dans les chambres

N’y aller pas il y a fausse publicité de leur part

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. La habitación estaba muy sucia, la persona del mostrador nada atento y poco dispuesto a ayudar, y el ruido fue constante durante toda la estancia, haciendo imposible descansar. El servicio y las instalaciones no corresponden al precio que cobran. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y definitivamente no volvería.
Nuestra reserva era por 14 días, pero la experiencia fue tan mala que esperamos a que amaneciera para irnos al día siguiente. Preferimos perder la reserva antes que seguir hospedándonos allí. No lo recomendamos en absoluto

I was told cash only when I arrived, then I was told it will be a 50 dollar deposit, so, I had to make two trips to the bank. The total was 117 plus a 50 refundable deposit. I gave the man at the desk 180. I was supposed to have received 63 dollars back, only to receive 62. It was a lot pf bugs throughout the facility. The lobby was extremely hot. I will never book with Gardentree ever again
