Free shuttle, Jim was awesome.
Pool was nice

Cons:

4 people in room, only 2 towels. Continuously had to ask for extra 1 or 2.
No replenishment of coffee and condiments in room (we were there for 4 days)
Loud AC fans outside our balcony
We had to empty our own garbage twice as our room was pretty much ignored if we did not ask for things
Got chastised by waiter in restaurant for seating ourselves

Telephone did not work, and the air condititoning was loud and sounded like it was quitting when it came on.

My stay exceeded expectations.
Pros:

I really liked the location and the user friendly access in and out the parking lot.
I also liked the friendly staff along with shuttle service.

Cons:

The shuttle only covered a 2 mile radius but, now that I think about it, gas is expensive!... At least you do provide a service. Due to gas prices you could have opted out. I appreciate the fact you didn't.
