Cons:

Mal aseo, cuando llegamos q la pieza había olor a humedad, nos dijeron que era porque el aire acondicionado estaba recién prendido. Resulta que al acostarnos, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban con ese olor y ya era muy tarde para cambiarlas. Además, en el closet había comida de perro en el suelo, probablemente del usuario anterior.

Not what I expected
Cons:

PAID PARKING ARRANGEMENTS!
I could not get my car back at 5:15 AM. That was no service to supposedly 6 AM which I was not informed about it. No one at reception area to help. Finally some crabby man stuff shows up, very unpleasant, and told me bring him tag from inside my locked car in order to get the car key back. Lucky for me I could open the car with my phone. I bought the tag back to him and he disappeared for 10 minutes. He was very very slow and unpleasant. I was told that the app on the phone will take care of car parking and getting my car back. I lost 45 minutes to get my car back, lost a lot of my time and aggravation
Not sure what I paid the $45 for. I will never stay at this location.

Amazing service !
Pros:

Check in was awesome. Room was good and attended Breakfast with my boyfriend , our waiter Sheree was very attentive and Great Attitude.
