Generally met expectation but room for improvement
Pros:

Good bedrooms and beds in my opinion.

Cons:

The other 3 people in our group found the beds were too hard.
Small details needed attention. There was a chip in our basin. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The checkin was slow because your computer system was playing up.

Pros:

We liked Yassa at reception. He was excellent. Professional, funny, and very helpful. The whole reception area, restaurant and bar were modern and good looking.
The beds were comfy and it was quiet.
Proximity to town was walkable.

Cons:

I didn't like the dated bathroom.
Nothing left at 9am for breakfast.
The restaurant was very average. They gave us the bill with service charge before they served us.
The restaurant was not busy but we waited almost an hour for our food. One of our party didn't get his food until we had finished ours.
They gave us 1 free drink as compensation. But only when I asked.
The pool area was not in keeping with the modern part of the hotel.

Great location, comfortable stay, helpful, friendly personnel.
Pros:

The personnel at reception and in the health spa were excellent; personable, friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed everything.

Cons:

There were 2 areas of the breakfast service area that could be imoroved upon: the coffee machines and the bread toasting machine. Both coffee machines were malfunctioning whilst we were there, the coffee wasn't very good and queues long. Perhaps offering alternate areas that just offered boiling water for other hot beverages would help reduce waiting times and queue build-up. The toaster is also slow and in an area where it creates a choke-point - people can't reach the bread, plates and butter etc as there is a queue of people waiting for the toaster.

Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam. Het was heel warm tijdens ons verblijf, maar helaas werkte de airco niet in onze kamer. Alle kamers waren bezet en er werd een fan gebracht, dit werd goed opgelost, ze deden hun best. De volgende dag kregen we gelijk een andere kamer, de koffers werden voor ons overgebracht. Verder was er een mooi en groot zwembad en een sauna, dat werd gewaardeerd door ons.

Cons:

Er was niets wat waar we over kunnen klagen.

Lounge access was good first time in there,

Cons:

My husband didn't like the coffee it was to strong for him and both coffee machines needed attention and had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee.

We did have a really nice time due to lovely staff and environment.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. The room was good, clean and the room temperature was right. We could also open the window a bit which is nice. When there was a problem with the toilet not flushing, people were helpful and the problem was solved in an appropriate time.

Cons:

Breakfast was good with quite a bit of choice. However on paying afterwards there was a fixed price no matter how much you eat which is good for people who really load up their plate. However with one cup of coffee for me and two small pastries for breakfast the price felt quite high.

Average at best, was expecting so much more, unlikely to stay again.
Pros:

The room was nice and it was well situated for the city centre

Cons:

Reception staff inconsiderate, made to wait while two of spoke to a “known” guest about his recent trip to Amsterdam. spa facilities very poor, broken lockers, very busy. food in the restaurant very poor, parking spaces too small, key card didn’t work, parking not included but I selected it when booking. Breakfast plates were tiny, everyone was going up more than once.
