Bathrooms could be updated but that didn't impact our stay.
Staff great and friendly apart from we booked late check out and the cleaner came in the room and asked us what time we was leaving. Nice hotel.
The steam and jacuzzi was off limits due to maintenance but it was very dated and not clean throughout the pool area and changing facilities
Also the air con didn't really cool the room down.
Very clean upon arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely.

Location was perfect. The staff so friendly and could do enough. There was a mix up with a birthday present request I had asked for. But the staff especially Sammy more than made up for the error. Granting us access to the club lounge before we checked out for our train home.
