Falta de mantenimiento y de horarios de descanso en áreas comunes cerca de ciertas habitaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación es aceptable. No es céntrico pero tiene cerca algunos servicios y atracciones.

Cons:

El ruido permanente del sistema de aire acondicionado. Viejo y mal mantenido.
El ruido de las puertas del pasillo, en especial la de la terraza/laundry, cerca de nuestra habitación. Golpea y no tiene límite de horario. Muy mal ese detalle para poder descansar.

Affordable, convenient stay
Pros:

Free parking!! Huge bonus since many Austin hotels charge a nightly fee. Location is central downtown, conveniently near most attractions. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. Black out curtains.

Cons:

Room can be loud if facing the freeway (I use ear plugs so this wasn't an issue). Destinations are not walkable or near public transport since the hotel is along the freeway.
