The location

Cons:

I didn't like that they don't accept dogs and that breakfast isn't included; you have to pay for breakfast, and I find it very expensive. It was unpleasant stepping on the carpet; there was a nail, and one of my children hurt his foot when he stepped on it.

Pleasant stay. Excellent staff
Pros:

Awesome staff & decent breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny room & no door separating bathroom dressing area & room. No ice machine on 2nd floor. No shade at pool.

Pros:

May be the location is the best thing

Cons:

The air conditioning is very weak some of the stuff was really rude attempt to help us with a very poker face and also was rude and very uncooperative when we wanted to receive a package we ordered from amazon. The body lotion was empty from day one never filled the whole stay and the house keeping lady speaks only Mexican she doesn’t understand English was super hard to communicate with her.

Great hotel and would stay again if in Austin.
Pros:

Great stay in Austin and close to Ladybird Lake which we used for our activities. Hotel is in easy walking distance of the Capitol building, restaurants and shops and had parking which we needed. Room was large and WiFi great.

La vicinanza al downtown e la facilità con cui abbiamo potuto raggiungere i principali punti di interesse di Austin.

Cons:

La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare: alcuni dei nostri asciugamani puzzavano di fritto, la piscina era piuttosto sporca e trascurata.
La stanza è risultata piuttosto rumorosa in quanto l'hotel sorge accanto all'Interstate.
