Location, location, location.
Pros:

Excellent location, a few mins walk into downtown. Lovely pool area. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds. Free parking.

Good location, comfortable room, and bed, nice staff, but small pool, especially when crowded

Good location, close to everything and walking into town and could still see the mountains from certain angles which was pretty.

Cons:

The pool is not that large and it was extremely crowded. Yes, given it was a holiday weekend, but we were so turned off of how many people were inside the pool and children. We couldn’t enjoy the pool the first of the two days.

Pros:

Great location to downtown Palm Springs. Staff were very accommodating. We were traveling with an infant and asked for room close to lobby and parking. We were given a very close room that was so helpful.

The location, cleanliness and beauty of the resort were exactly what we wanted.
Pros:

I liked the pool area and the room. I also liked the location. So close to town!

Cons:

I would have liked more coffee options; maybe consider a continental 'free' breakfast.

Absolutely delightful
Pros:

Perfect location in Palm Springs next to the museum and lots of great restaurants

Cons:

I love the whole feel of the property. Very 50s Hollywood atmosphere. Maintenence man, van driver, desk staff and manager were fantastic. Live the throttle pup in lobby!

Fantastic value. Unbeatable location.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. In general, it all seemed well kept. I think hotels should have designated areas for food pick-up. Someone just left a pile of pizza boxes in a main passageway.

Cons:

We were at the back of the property on the ground level. It was a little bit noisy. There were some occasional noises that may have been tied to the AC unit.

It was fine for 1 night stay. It was cheapest rate for the location.
Pros:

The room was clean and available when we arrived before check-in time. The location was very convenient for downtown and our event at the museum.

Cons:

Parking was unavailable near our room (230), and the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage in the heat difficult. The pool area speaker produced poor sound quality and was disruptive. The lack of a bar by the pool or on the premises was disappointing. We went across the street to the roof top bar at the Rowan. Additionally, the shower head in the room had very strong pressure that was very uncomfortable.
