The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

Large size rooms, free shuttle bus service and nice Italian restaurant downstairs
Breakfast buffet not great, very overpriced for what I was. Terrible coffee. Beautiful pool but charge guests to use it, was going to cost us nearly $200 AUD for a family of four to use and that was just for the morning, if we stayed past 12 we would’ve had to pay again! Ridiculous; hugely disappointing as I booked for the pool. Considering the hotel is quite far out of the city.
Nous étions au 19ème étage. La vue était magnifique. Le personnel est tellement serviable, l'endroit est magnifique. Tou était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 👏

Spacious rooms , friendly staff
Booked it for Universal Studios but it’s actually quite far - needs at least 40 mins on public transport or 20 min taxi drive
Hôtel propre et très bon standing. Les chambres sont confortable et spacieuse.
C’est la première fois que je prends un hôtel où il faut payer en supplément l’accès à la salle de sport ou à la piscine extérieur. Et le prix est exhorbitant surtout que nous étions 6 (environ 4000 yen/personne).
Hotel was fine. Shuttle bus was perfect!
Paying for the swimming pool! And the location of the property was too far away from restaurants etc.
The rooms were large
This property is only for Airline crews and people attending conferences if you’re a tourist and wanting to do actual activities or even attending Universal Studios, this is not the hotel for you! It has terrible service difficult to get to extremely expensive to reach by Taxi and only one shuttle daily to Universal Studios. The staff has no clue what’s going on. I would not recommend staying here with children. It advertises having a pool but you actually don’t have access to it. You have to book it for in advance and it’s a private club for a seniors that use it for lane Swimming.
Het uitzicht op de 22e etage.
Achteraf toch spijt dat we niet een hotel in het centrum hebben genomen. Was dik een half uur rijden. In de omgeving niet veel te doen. Denk ons denken aan de Rottetdamse haven.
