The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

お部屋も広くて快適でした。
フロントからお部屋までにかなりの距離を歩くので、足が悪い家族を連れていたため、辛そうでした。
2 nights stay, nice view on the bay from the room, room was big but in the bathroom i have noticed some mold on tiles. The hotel have nicly equiped gym, swimming pool and spa but all of them are not Tattoo friendly. The location is quite demanding if considering going to city center. It takes at least 3 different lines to move anywhere, hotel provides transfers

The biggest hotel I’ve ever seen in Japan. They upgraded us to a suite so that was very nice, but even without that it was so spacious. We were here on our last days in Japan so we didn’t want to be in the center that much anymore, and really appreciated the enormous feel of this hotel after having the typical tiny ones earlier in our trip.
Having said that, we did end up going to the center and it was so useful to have the hotel bus for that! It made the location of the hotel not matter that much. It was easy to use and very reliable. Tip is to make sure to get a spot by telling the reception your time and they will give you a token. On the way back to the hotel it was not needed, just being there 10mins in advance was enough.
We didn’t use the pool, but it is there and very rare for hotels in Japan. There is also a konbini in the hotel which is very small but useful for drinks or snacks!
There really are no restaurants nearby (except the ones in the hotel), so this is not a hotel if you want to stroll around in the neighbourhood. For that you really need to take the shuttle bus to the center (luckily it is very easy to use)

The view from the room was nice. It wasn't a beautiful blue beach but it was an interesting view of Osaka's harbor.

Hotel to Kansai Airport bus ¥1800, I found it very practical.
When I came back from Nakafuto station to the hotel at night, it was dark so I felt uncomfortable.
Amazing place. Breathtaking view from top floor, good breakfast, a free shuttle to Osaka station regularly. A wonderful lounge with refreshments (you need to book a room with access when making a reservation). Guests can use a Swimming pool with jacuzzi (reservation needed, 45 min). Sauna and gym were for a small fee for us.

Everything! The hotel is stunning and great value for money! The room was incredibly spacious, bed super comfortable and a spacious bathroom! The bath was a great size! Loved the coffee machine as well!!
It is super close to the train station and the train lines an incredibly easy to follow using Google Maps! We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again next time!!
