The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

Absolutely nothing
Très grand hotel, style resort, en face de Intex OSAKA, c'était très pratique et prix & qualité top!!! La chambre était assez grande, confortable avec vue magnifique depuis 20 ème étage.
Après le travail, le transport public était un peu compliqué pour joindre le centre-ville d'Osaka.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The hotel is located on an island and gives free shuttles to get to Osaka station everyday and every hour till 9PM. There’s also the option to take the train station out of the shuttle schedule and the subway is about 7min of walk. I discovered that the hotel is connected to a nice shopping mall and you can walk through without umbrella on a rainy day(the staff should advertise this). The morning buffet is good with a lot of choices. They offer to keep your luggage and bring it to your room for free so I can save some time visiting the city. The hotel has a pool for free upon reservation, the spa is paying. The rooms are clean and spacious. I really love my stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay.
The hotel was super clean and the room was so great to relax in. Complimentary shuttle makes a huge difference considering the location is awkward for short stay tourism. Hotel is stunning. Breakfast options were expansive. There are room service options overnight (although it is 24/7, it is very limited) which is nice.
The location was challenging when you don't have long in the city. Would love more overnight options on the room service considering we got back late each night (public transport stops before midnight).

ロケーションが悪い。閑散とした倉庫や巨大共同住宅に囲まれたなんとも寂しい場所。写真に映るベイエリアのイメージに裏切られたような気分。中心街（心斎橋）からもタクシーで６千円、時間は２５分もかかり、シャトルバスは夕方は１時間に一本。
An incredible hotel with a great breakfast, comfortable beds, sauna and a cold plunge pool. It really is a premium experience for a comparatively good price for a few days. Great location as well, walking distance to the ATC. Highly recommended!
