Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the view of the river from our room. The room was very clean. And the beds were so comfy.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Not to be missed.
Pros:

It's an iconic hotel with amazing views and great staff.

Cons:

It's a little long in the tooth...a 200$ spent on putting some flowers in front of the hotel would do a great deal for curb appeal. The management doesn't seem to understand this.

Very nice with a good view
Pros:

Excellent view of the city and very nice room. Good sized bathroom and pleasant stay

Cons:

Not really in the hotel's control but there are lots of homeless out side that try to get in and ask people for things. They do the best they can to prevent this though

Great room, terrible staff
Pros:

Room was comfortable and big, great view

Cons:

The staff was disconnected, interactions were curt and unfriendly. Paying for parking was frustrating.
