Extrem schlecht isolierte Fenster, sehr lauter Straßenlärm auch nachts!!!

Reception hat kein Bargeld akzeptiert, sehr müßige Diskussion, entweder mit Karte bezahlen oder Buchung stornieren!!!!!

Ottimo soggiorno, albergo perfetto e curato per ogni esigenza!
Pros:

Bellissimo albergo, completo di tutti i servizi necessari, qualitativo in tutti i dettagli e livelli: personale sorridente, cordiale e disponibile; ottima, varia e attenta colazione; piacevolissima l'area wellness (piscina coperta, palestra, sauna) utilizzabile a piacere senza supplementi, sicuramente la ciliegina sulla torta della giornata! Smart anche nei dettagli tecnologici della camera e degli spazi esterni, ambienti molto curati grazie anche alle scelte architettoniche.
La posizione è decentrata ma proprio sotto l'albergo passa di frequente un bus che in 15 min porta in centro.

Cons:

Direi nulla; forse l'unico difetto comunicativo è, dal momento che ho prenotato tramite una OTA, il far capire già prima della prenotazione che il parcheggio privato è a pagamento.

Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel als ik binnenkwam.

Cons:

Ik had 24 op 24 roomservice gevraagd en na heel lang wachten en vele telefoontjes kwam het er dan toch door.

Cons:

De airco in de kamer werkte niet.
Bij het gebruiken van de toiletborstel kwam de steel los en bleef de borstel zelf in het toilet achter.
Bij het ontbijt was de melk zuur.
Een van de stopcontacten naast het bed kwam uit de muur toen de laptop werd uitgetrokken.
Bij het avondeten kreeg ik slaharten ipv salade.
