Geweldig hotel met gezin!
Pros:

Nachtje weg met de kinderen. Echt geweldig met dat zwembad! En het ontbijt was ook voortreffelijk! Genoten van de luxe.

Cons:

Ik heb er geen problemen mee gehad, maar de kamer was niet brandschoon. Beetje stoffig.

Immer wieder gern...
Pros:

Wir nutzen das Crowne Plaza Antwerpen stets als Zwischenetappe auf dem Weg zur französischen Kanalküste.
Das Hotel ist dafür verkehrstechnisch ideal gelegen, die Umgebung ist dadurch naturgemäß etwas lauter, wovon man drinnen aber nicht wirklich gestört wird. Mit dem direkt vor dem Hotel haltenden Bus ist man zudem in 15min in der Innenstadt.

Das Hotel ist mit einem sehr schönen Schwimmbad und Saunabereich ausgestattet, was nach längerer Autofahrt für Entspannung sorgt.

Dazu gefällt uns die Architektur des Hotels und seine interessante Geschichte: Es wurde 1974 als ESSO Motor Hotel errichtet und ideal auf die Wünsche und Anforderungen von Auto-Fernreisenden abgestimmt. Inzwischen ist es natürlich mehrfach renoviert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Auto kann auf den eigenen sicheren Parkplatz abgestellt werden.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auch das Restaurant "Anna" im Haus bietet eine reichhaltige Karte.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind tatsächlich wie hier bereits beschrieben etwas hart, wer das nicht mag, sollte sich an der Reception ein weicheres geben lassen.

Cons:

La chambre était un réel sauna. Difficultés d'adapter la température et la clim.
Insonorisation pas top.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner complet et varié.
Il est facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité, et le personnel nous en informe de bonne foi.
Malheureusement c'est tout.

Cons:

L'hotel est installé au bord d'un échangeur autoroutier. La circulation est audible depuis la chambre, fenêtres fermées, même au 10è étage.
Les oreillers très épais et durs. Imaginez avoir la nuque posée sur un parpaing.
L'espace Piscine est mal pensé, et non entretenu.
Un immense espace vide avec deux chaises en plastique posées au milieu. Des alcôves malcommodes où on ne peut pas vraiment se relaxer. Un espace sans fenêtre avec 4 chaises longues remplies de serviettes usagées.
L'ensemble semble avoir été mal dessiné dans les années 90 et laissé en décrépitude depuis.
Rien n'est au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Rdelijk maar jammer dat er niets aan de tekortkomingen gedaan werd
Pros:

Er zijn veel voorzieningen. Op redelijke afstand van het centrum.

Cons:

De eerste avond bleek dat er in de kamer mankementen waren. Geen stoelen, geen doucheslang, schemerlamp deed het niet omdat er geen lamp in zat, sommige dingen kapot. Gelijk in de ochtend aangegeven maar toen we s’avonds terugkwamen was er niets mee gedaan. Uiteindelijk de tweede avond laat van kamer gewisseld.
