Pros:

Apprezzato il rimborso del costo del parcheggio perché passata notte in bianco x il caldo in camera . Staff molto cordiale e gentile

Cons:

Camera bollente dopo 12 ore di clima al massimo ancora molto calda passata notte in bianco . Piscina bella ma troppa confusione causa bambini indisciplinati e nessuno del personale che faceva rispettare le regole e la tranquillità

Mooie plek voor een dagje Antwerpen
Pros:

Net hotel met een mooi zwembad. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede bus verbinding met het centrum van de stad, voor de deur.

Cons:

Parkeren kan het beste/goedkoopste aan de straat, wat een beetje een contrast vormt met het hotel.

Hidden charges and noise - not recommended
Pros:

Not so far from the bus station, free parking near the hotel

Cons:

Bad customer service - we had the issue with the noise (construction and drilling) from 9am and had to wake up and the construction was not noticed in advance. So we asked the front desk and were told that noise is normal and we should just accept it.

Also they ask you deposit in check in and will deduct tax on the deposit in check out saying thats how it works normally.
