Personale gentile. Colazione non male.

Trop petite chambre vétuste qui sent mauvais! D'ailleurs tout l'hôtel sent mauvais. Une vieille odeur de tabac mélangé à l'humidité🤢. Levez-vous tôt pour le petit déj car ils ne remettent rien, même les sois disant jus. Vraiment un hôtel qui reflète le bâtiment.

Fina rum och fantastisk pool.

Cons:

Frukosten, vi åt dom första dagarna kl 08.00 och då var det kaos, inga glas, koppar och borden var inte av dukade. Maten var nästan slut och frågade man efter något så fick man inget svar. Sista dagen gick vi dit vid 07.00 när dom öppnade men dörren var stängd, 07,20 började folk knacka på dörren och dom öppnade men då var dom inte halvfärdiga med plocka fram maten. Varken kaffemaskinen eller juice maskinen fungerade mm.

Incompétence du personnel au restaurant, c est la colonie...cuisine nulle, lenteur du service, 1h15 pour avoir de l eau gazeuse et 1 aperol spritz...le prix des plats 30 euros , pour de nourriture sans saveur

The pool area was lovely, best part about the hotel.

Cons:

Location is very far out from the centre, not much around. The room was very dark not like the picture on the website, staff didn’t clean the room one of the days. When we rang looking for a utensil at the bar they were blunt on the phone and told us they didn’t have a bottle opener at the bar…

Goede locatie om regio te verkennen
Pros:

Locatie is zeer goed, vlak bij snelweg om de omgeving te verkennen, met de bus snel in Firenze stad
Zwembad was zeer aangenaam vertoeven bij het warme weer
Kamers zeer goed verduisterd

Cons:

Badkamer vond ik persoonlijk iets minder: schimmelvorming op het plafond vanwege hoge luchtvochtigheid (alle begrip voor maar beetje jammer)

La puscina y el restaurant.

Cons:

La atención de los trabajadores en mostrador. Son groseros y no les importa la comodidad del huesped que merece el mejor servicio porque es el que paga. Una noche por el escandalo de in grupo de adolescentes a la 1 de la mañana, llamaba a recepcion y la encargada me colgaba, baje a hablar con ella y me dejó hablando sola. Tuve que resolver el asunto yo. El día que dejaba el hotel tenía que salir a las 4 de la mañana a tomar un vuelo a Francia y no había nadie que me atendiera. Me llamara un taxi y me abriera la puerta. Y la señora Irene sabía que yo salía a esa hora, esperé media hora mientras aparecía el encargado. Un niño andaba deambulando por el hotel porque se había quedado afuera de la habitación, andaba en grupo, y no había nadie que le diera una tarjeta para abrir la puerta. Estaba asustado y cansado de buscar ayuda.

El hotel huele mal, las alfombras estan muy sucias, el lavatorio estaba taqueado.

No recomiendo este hotel ni volvería.
