Overall not a bad stay, reasonable price, not a bad location with a short ride into the center. The room itself was date

Reasonable price and a good location, short bus ride into Florence. Excellent room service, every day room was cleaned and fresh towels provided.

Cons:

Feels dated, air con in the room is very loud. Breakfast is poor. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Dieses Hotel ist den überhöhten Preis nicht Wert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse üppig. Die Verkehrsanbindung durch mehrere Buslinien war gut und wird in Zukunft durch die Straßenbahn vor der Türe noch besser.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkocher / Kaffee- oder Teemöglichkeit. Die Bar war teilweise nicht besetzt - Kaffee zwischendurch zu bekommen war also nicht möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Teppichboden im Gang mit Flecken übersäht. Die Fußbodenleisten sollte man gar nicht anschauen, Türen unten kaputt, Lichtschalter verkehrt angeschlossen. Dieses Hotel benötigt dringenst eine Generalsanierung. Dafür sind 4 Sterne nicht angebracht und der Preis eine Frechheit.

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen. Die Lebensmittel beim Frühstück sind das billigste, das sie finden konnten..ich weiß nicht, ob der Schinken je ein Schwein gesehen hat.
Der Pool, weswegen wir das Hotel ausgesucht haben, war kaputt.
Die Armatur im Waschbecken reichte gerade einmal in diese hinein.
Die Läden sind schief, alles ist abgewohnt.
Also von einem 4 Sterne Hotel weit entfernt!

Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut: man entgeht dem größten Verkehr im nördlichen Teil von Florenz und ist in weniger als 30' mit dem Bus im Zentrum.
Das Pool hat von 10:30- 19 Uhr geöffnet, im Hpchsommmer optimal als Erfrischung!
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig!
Es gibt sogar einen Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Die Handtücher im Bad wurden täglich gewechselt....
Die Klimaanlage kann man ausschalten zum Glück. Leider haben wir das erst am letzten Tag erfahren, ass dies nur von der Rezeption aus zu steuern ist. Das nächste Mal sind wir schlauer.
