Advertised a breakfast but had none. They were were putting a lot of fresh cold water in the pool and it was un-swimable!
Room was dated. Soap was a joke. Room curtains would not close all the way and on a ground floor. Shower curtain was not wide enough.
The air conditioning in the room
2/3 elevators were down, no breakfast due to renovations which they did not mention till we got there, and never brought us the towels we requested and I’m still waiting on my incidental money back plus the parking lot had potholes
Terrible experience
There was a bad smell throughout the hallways, and the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. In the room, it was impossible to feel comfortable because of the strong moldy smell coming from the air conditioning. It was so disturbing that it even triggered an allergic reaction.
The bathroom was not as bad, but the property clearly needs better maintenance and a deep cleaning of the air conditioning system. It is unacceptable to pay for a stay and leave feeling sick, with allergies, and without getting any rest.
Overall, a terrible experience.

One Elevator was functional and three other were out of service.
Nice pool area
The room had scuffs on the walls, drywall and paint messed up on one said of the room, somthing metal protruding from the wall above the bed towels had stains, broken soap holder in the bathtub.

The price and the shower water pressure was the best part
I felt the facility should have been cleaner. The room was decently cleaned, but hallways, stairwells, and elevators could have been much better. The indoor pool was cold, limited towels available, construction on the hot tub, some elevators out of order, misleading information on available room service and breakfast bar.

How dirty the hotel and hallways and room was. Felt very unsafe staying here. Blood in the stairwell. Asked for more towels and they never came.
