Lack of staff, reception was stressed(complained that he was alone), floors were DANGEROUSLY wet in hallways on first floor, lack of towels, kitchen closed so no breakfast. The entire place is in need of repair

You get what you pay for and I guess I didn’t pay enough for good services!
Pros:

It was centrally located to activities and food.

Cons:

It was difficult getting assistance from staff. I had to request additional toiletries and bedding three times and room service did not complete housekeeping task only cleaning one side of the room.

Good location- hotel needs total rehab.

Cons:

Dirty common areas, room was clean but furniture very worn. No hairdryer and no success in getting thru to front desk to get one. 3 elevators for all of hotel and only 1 worked and working one slow and made strange noises. It’s why we left hotel after 1 night. On the 6th floor didn’t feel safe with elevators. Also no breakfast or restaurant ad advertised.

Key to room didn't work. Bathroom door was broken off henges...asked to have room replaced, the new room had the shower head diverter piece missing. Had to use the ice bucket for water.

Reserved this hotel for the hot tub and breakfast. Prepaid online. When I checked in there was a sign that said kitchen closed so no breakfast available, pool closed at 9 but also we got into the hot tub and it was lukewarm warm, at best. Our room smelled like smoke. And the hallway. Nasty, stained carpet. Couldn’t get tv to play more than a couple stations. Texted multiple times about tv and towels with no response. Very upsetting!
