Pros:

the price was great considering I only needed it for a few hours to get ready for a concert

Cons:

The facilities were disgusting. Stained, old, musky, filthy. Lamps didnt work, stained sheets and carpet. Dingy and foul. would never sleep here.

i’m sure this hotel has potential to be great but the staff and cleanliness definitely made this 0/5
Pros:

- honestly nothing

Cons:

- staff was extremely rude when checking in
- charged my card before i got to the hotel even though i booked a pay when i arrived
- room was dirty
- didn’t even have a comforter for the bed (had a sheet instead)
- bathroom was dirty
- lights weren’t working
- so disappointing

No breakfast!
Pros:

The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was not overly friendly.
Advertised complimentary breakfast on site when I booked it. No breakfast, cost me $30.00 for our breakfast.
Only had out one pot of complimentary coffee in the morning, and the lids didn't fit the cups.
I'm a member of Wyndham and have stayed at many and am usually very happy.
