Pros:

I liked the location to beach however I think you should build a deck all way out to beach cause it was super hard to walk in sand

Cons:

Cleanliness of hotel was dirty the pool didn’t have chlorine there was a diaper in one pool the pool was not climate controlled they were hot. Lack of towels. We had to call several times for towels.

We had an amazing stay and we will be back
Pros:

everything its beautiful spacious and clean rooms food is delicious and beach access is very convenient as well as restaurants near by the kids pool was amazing

Cons:

maybe just the restroom in the room is a little small but still not a dealbreaker would definately book again

Great amenities, walk up pool bar, beach access.

Cons:

one of the elevators would not stop on our floor. The bathroom sink pools water so it's gross to use, there was a fire alarm that went off 3 times during our two day visit. There was no fire. And the was a door alarm that was not fixed until 25 hours later. The age of the building is apparent. Maintenance is not the best. Also we stayed on the same floor with a basketball/volleyball team. It was loud all night and all morning. No option to get a good night sleep.

That the back pool was close, and that the ac on the lobby was not working

The place was nice, just the stay was uncomfortable

The property was nice, the lobby was great the staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was very humid, when we woke up the bed sheets were wet of humidity and the fridge left a puddle on the floor, the shower’s cold water did not work so water was extremely hot

100% not worth the money and never staying there again.

Hotels ac was broken the lobby was hotter than outside. I spent close to 300$ for one room walked in and found leftover food from previous customers in the fridge, an old bra strap on the floor, and the carpet with water from the ac. I clicked for the option for 4 people to have breakfast I paid for that and only got TWO vouchers, which didn’t even cover the food only partial. I also rented this hotel thinking the cabanas were included. No those had to be reserved at an extra cost. The hotel was super outdated. I was better off getting a cheaper hotel for 2 days then staying here for 300$ a night.

Waste of little vacations

Legit falling apart look nasty and elevator wasn’t safe it keep shutting it off and it keep feeling it suddenly drop randomly
