It is an older hotel. There was a small tear in the couch cushion and ottoman and cracks in the bathroom sink. There was some major road work going on by the hotel that made travel difficult. (Obviously not the hotels fault!)

Got disturbed by a barking dog in another room on several occasions

Struttura datata, con evidenti problemi di manutenzione e pulizia. La piscina è grande, ma risultava un po’ sporca. La camera era spaziosa, ma decisamente trasandata, con tende e lampade rotte. La doccia non funzionava e, come unica alternativa per lavarsi, rimaneva la vasca da bagno, che però era anch’essa poco pulita, con peli e capelli presenti un po’ ovunque. Anche gli asciugamani in bagno presentavano capelli e peli. La porta della camera era semi-rotta: a volte non si chiudeva correttamente, altre volte non si apriva, rendendo necessario spingerla dall’interno per riuscire ad uscire. La sera abbiamo segnalato alla reception il problema della doccia, ma ci è stato semplicemente detto di farlo presente la mattina seguente. Ritengo inaccettabile fornire a un Cliente una stanza nella quale non sia possibile fare una doccia e, soprattutto, non offrire una soluzione o un cambio di camera. Nel complesso, la struttura necessita di un importante intervento di manutenzione, pulizia e rinnovamento (anche nella sala colazione erano presenti peli di cane sul divanetto.). È evidente una scarsa cura generale degli ambienti e delle camere. Purtroppo, è stata una pessima esperienza, la peggiore mai avuta e ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

The staff has never been by even to empty the trash, even when we asked them to at the office. Couldn't even get them to answer the phone when I called them on their phone to follow up last night. The lock on the door is tied open so anyone can get in. Breakfast is just so so.

Room.... headboard had not been dusted..looked up and found last customer had covered blinking light on fire alarm on wall, this was still there

We reserved an accessible room w/ king. Upon arrival, we were told only 2 queens were available but that room was accessible, which it was not. Room changed for 2nd & 3rd nights to our original request.

Don’t like how every hotel is using plastic cutlery these days, not very environmental friendly.

Was not well maintained! Paint scraped up and very low maintenance on everything! Then NO WATER IN THE SHOWER! That was the breaking point!
Breakfast was powdered eggs that were tasteless and sausage was over cooked and bland!

I reserved a room when I was out in Salt lake on business but when I arrived at 3am after a late flight, I was told that the hotel was overbooked and hey could not help me with a room. They did not even look up my reservation and did not really care.
