Maid not knocking on the door at 9am

Room needed serious upgrade

The staff…..When I walked in nobody was at the counter. I rang the bell and called and nothing! Turns out the person left the front desk to go outside to smoke. She saw us pull up and didn’t think to go back inside. The hotel was hot inside it seemed like the AC was out. I was glad the AC worked in the room.

The smell in the room was disgusting, the breakfast was not ready at 6. The guy came late and was unkempt

A lot of the things were dirty, especially in the dining room and in our bathroom.

I was charged twice for the same room. From bookings.com AND Ramada Inn

Staff were a little odd and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I very much disliked the unusual policy about the swimming pool. There was no need to keep it locked all day and then find staff to open it - very slowly - when a guest wants to go swimming. Just keep it open and stop wasting everyone's time.

The night manager. Because of accidents on the freeway, I arrived to the hotel very late. I had called earlier and made arrangements and checked in online. Everything was fine, and I was told my arrival time would be ok, and I would just pick up my keys at the front desk. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and waited. Nothing. Rang again and waited, nothing. I started to ring the bell repeatedly and walked, no one showed up. I called out, “hello!” Still no one. I called the front desk, just to see if anyone would hear that, and it just rang. I finally saw a side door and knocked on that door, and finally someone came out. He looked like he had been sleeping and he was immediately annoyed that I was there knocking on the door and said, “You didn’t see the bell right there?” I told him that I’ve been ringing it and I’ve been waiting for more than 10 minutes ringing the bell, calling the office, and yelling. He was not friendly at all. He immediately told me they’re full, and when I said I had a reservation and was told to just pick up my keys, he still looked lost and was trying to wake up. I gave him my name and asked if he needed to see my ID, and he said “oh. Yeah. Probably.” I finally got my room keys and got into my room. I wouldn’t stay at this property again just because of the lack of customer service shown by him. It was already late, we’re all tired, and his attitude didn’t help the situation.

It was old and not cared for and the front desk was rude and not friendly at all and never once smiled.

Everything

There was people outside walking around like looking for opportunity to steal. They finally quit around midnight.

Bigger bathroom...the door about hits the toilet, so you have to have it closed. Also, there were some items that were out when I went for breakfast.

Dirty, noisy, stiink like Marijuana, run down, physical hole in matress from peoples body u could see from the doorway they where so big. Matress stained and box springs cover filthy. Fridge with dirty straw left in it. Doors and walls with water damage. No one at front desk when checking out after 15 minutes just left.

The property away from the lobby was not taken care of well. There were holes in the ceiling and floor. It said it was nonsmoking but I continually smelled otherwise. Housekeeping never even went into our room over our 4 day 3 night stay. Had to ask for additional towels just to allow for the guests I booked the room with to each have a towel. The toilet paper ran out and was never restocked by staff and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage because no one bothered to even come into the room to do the basic cleaning while we were away. We never put a do not disturb sign out and yet no one came in! Disgusting!
