Byliśmy w dwie osoby na tygodniowy pobyt. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni

Nowoczesny komfortowy hotel w przepięknym otoczeniu. Przestronny pokój z wielkim balkonem. Przyjazny, uśmiechnięty i pomocny personel, ale w Hiszpanii to standard.
Super basen Infiniti ze słoną wodą. Dla zmotoryzowanych wygodny podziemny parking. Świetny hotel do wypoczynku na miejscu, jak również jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania innych atrakcji Teneryfy.

La amabilidad del los trabajadores,la limpieza y modernidad y comodidad de las instalaciones.
A pesar de tener mucha gente la tranquilidad se respira en cada rincón del resort

Cons:

Que para pedir cita para un masaje(siendo consciente que es empresa externa)tenga que desplazarme hasta el spa para reservar y pagar..
Un poco incoherente con la política del hotel puesto que llevamos la pulsera y número de habitación para cargarlo sin problema

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa. El hotel es precioso con todas las comodidas y cuidando hasta el último detalle. El personal es increíble. Especial mención a todo el equipo de animación que hacen que la experiencia de nuestros pequeños sea inolvidable, en especial Andrea. Lleno de actividades para los más pequeños y para los mayores. La comida es excelente en todos sus restaurantes. Variedad y calidad. Y si te apetece darte un masaje en el spa, de los mejores. Sin duda repetiremos.
