Rooftop suite was amazing, very spacious, view stunning

Cons:

The fact the hotel downstairs do any sort of food after 9pm, we arrived late, travelled long day& wer3 hungry, didn't really jnow the area so had to get avtaxi to take us dor food

An enjoyable and relaxing one-week stay
Pros:

Very attentive and helpful staff. Clearly well trained in guest interaction.

Jídlo, 90% personalu super. Sunset bar, kavárna občas pomalejší obsluha i při malé obsazenosti. Obsluha byla vždy milá, ale občas pomalejší. Naopak Pool bar byl jistota milé a rychlé obsluhy. Krásně uklizený pokoj každý den, kromě 29.5. anebo 28.5. Jinak vždy krásně uklizeno.

Cons:

2 slečny (pravděpodobně sestry) na recepci dne 30.5. Naprostý kontrast oproti ostatnímu personálu. Žádný úsměv, rady apod. Jen velice strohé odpovědi. Zákáznická kancelář naopak na jedničku. Dojem kazí spîše jednotlivci, jelikož 90% personálu ue skvělá.
