El hotel está bastante obsoleto y necesita una reforma de las instalaciones. Personal amable.

La ubicación nos era conveniente

Cons:

El spa estaba lleno de niños pequeños lo que imposibilitaba el uso y disfrute. En el bufet de desayuno solo había una máquina de café lo que generaba colas. La calidad del café era muy insuficiente. El parking es de pago pero está siempre completamente lleno.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms
Pros:

We love this hotel. Everyone is so friendly, especially the lady at Reception and the staff in the Caskieben. Our room was very spacious, and the bed comfy. Plus, we enjoyed a swim in the pool. Very handy for TECA.

Very disappointed in the greed to charge for parking, when you can park on the street for free, less than a few yards fr

Cons:

Charging for parking. And using the airport drop of charge as an excuse, there his hundreds of free spaces between the airport terminal and the hotel also stood for 20 mins to check in, only 1 lady on not her fault, she needed help. Also someone getting arrested at the front door think I’ll go elsewhere next time

This hotel is convenient and reasonably priced and very clean
Pros:

Clean and good size rooms. Good choice for breakfast.

Cons:

Neither breakfast or the pool/gym opened until 8 which meant I couldn’t use the leisure facilities and we were rushed at breakfast
