La piscina clinatizada
El servicio de limpieza no pasó. Quitamos el cartel de no molestar para que pasaran a limpiar y llevarse la basura. Tuvimos un incidente de noche y necesitabamos que cambiasen las sabanas, y la suciedad que provoca convivir con un bebe por el cambio de pañales.Que se llevaran la basura. No lo hicieron y cuando lo dijimos, solo nos dieron la solucion de darnos sabanas y cambiarnoslas nosotros. No se llevaron las sucias ni la basura. Tuvimos que sacar nosotros la basura a la calle y meter las sabanas sucias en el armario. He sido limpiadora de hotel en el Reino Unido y no coincibo y la poca solucion de los problemas ocasionados por su mal servicio. En nuestro hotel, sino habia personal, bajaba la jefa de limpieza y limpiaba ella. O almenos, pedia disculpas, por que aun no entendemos por que no pasaron por nuestra habitacion.

Our son is autistic and he loves it here. It’s the only hotel he will stay at. The staff remembered him and are always very pleasant and welcoming.
We love this property and are booked up again for our son’s birthday in October!

We like that there was a pool. And the restaurant was great. Very friendly staff.
Parking outside was tricky.
Foodnwas good room clean and quiet
Lady on night reception last Saturday was very rude and used inappropriate language to a customer.
She told me she was too busy and couldn't be arsed waiting to find a hidden 25 quid charge for breakages which was mentioned nowhere when I made booking.

Rooms Ideal for large family and comfortable with interconnecting door as requested, reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool great for the children. Bar/Restaurant good selection of drink and food and a nice atmosphere. Tasty well presented food.
All areas pleasant and clean.
Breakfast was generally good with a reasonable selection, but bread mouldy on one occasion and cold meat selection did not look fresh.
Paying to park although discounted a little disappointing especially as we used the bar and restaurant often.
Bar area closed a little early in the evening about 1030pm, asked to leave whilst football was on.
Disappointed that there was no mattress available for the Childs cot.

Just too far from city centre but relaxing hotel.
