Lovely friendly atmosphere would defo recommend. Fiona and Owen gave us 10/10 customer service thank you.
Breakfast was great, staff was amazing and the best part of it was the pool, which both my kids enjoyed very much.
The AC/ Heater system wasn’t working properly in our room.
Cleanliness
Pool and paid parking
La piscina, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias y el desayuno suficiente.

The breakfast was good and the facilities were great. It looked like there was renovation happening which was nice to see.
The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable.
The pool was all i enjoyed
Absolutely. Here’s a clear, firm, but professional version you can send to the hotel:
I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel and would like to raise several concerns.
Some areas of the hotel, particularly the stairs, were dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. I was also surprised that I had to pay for parking despite being a paying hotel guest. Even after paying for parking, there were not enough spaces available. I had to remain in my car for over 30 minutes waiting for another guest to leave before I could park.
The automatic entrance door was also not working, and there was no elevator. As I was travelling with my children and had heavy bags, having to carry everything up the stairs was extremely inconvenient and difficult.
I was also uncomfortable with the requirement to pay a deposit in case anything in the room was damaged. I understand that hotels need to protect their property, but considering that the hotel should already have appropriate insurance and procedures in place, the additional deposit felt unreasonable, particularly given the overall condition and facilities of the hotel.
Most importantly, I did not feel safe or secure during my stay. I was travelling with my children and found myself constantly worried about them touching things in the room because of the possibility of being held responsible for damage and losing the deposit.
Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected, especially considering the additional charges for parking and the deposit. I would appreciate an explanation and would like the hotel to seriously consider these concerns and how they affect guests, particularly families with children.
Thank you.
Food was excellent and the service was really good.
Hello I just wanted to take up my time to talk about the Aberdeen Dyce hotel restaurants. The food was amazing and isn’t take long at all, kind staff especially Finlay who was chatting away to us 😀 honestly I’d recommend this hotel to everyone I know😀😃
Prior to heading off-shore I had a meal the evening before and was served and treated very well by Cara, who made sure I had everything I needed.
It had a warm feel, staff are very good with the guests. Nothing is a problem
Good sized, comfy and clean room. The swimming pool and gym were nice.
The sauna was within the women's changing rooms - I didn't really understand this. The location is uninspiring but that was ok for my purposes and you could travel into Aberdeen or elsewhere easily enough.
Pleasant stay at the Aberdeen Dyce hotel.
Room on the 2nd floor, very spacious. However, I felt the pillows were quite uncomfortable and 1 of the extra ones I took out the cupboard to use was dirty looked like make-up on it. The rooms in this hotel can do with an upgrade IMO especially the outdated furniture.
Bathroom is ok. Loose floor tile at side of toilet, shower quite good but they shower curtains give me the fear in hotels.
Bar area is good. I had fish & chips which was very good. Quite a large menu to choose from also which is good.
Food arrived in about 20/25 minutes after ordering which was fine as every table has people sitting at it was really busy.
Staff all polite and never stopped once in the hour I sat there.
Breakfast area is closed as its currently being renovated(which I believe from speaking to staff that its part of a wider renovation around the full hotel) so breakfast being served in the ballroom. Plenty space and a wide variety of stuff to choose from it was early 6am and I was first in so have taken a tew photos to show. I only had fruit but was all fresh.
The swimming pool/spa area I didn't visit on this occasion so can't comment on it. However, I did read that last entry is 20:15 with closure at 21:00. I feel an extra hour on this would be beneficial for guests arriving on an evening and leaving early.
Overall, a nice 1-night stay.
I spent 5 nights here with my grandaughters. The staff were excellent and friendly. Check in and out was easy and receptionist very helpful. The hotel was clean as was the room, the beds were comfortable. We had breakfast every morning with a great choice and ate in the restaurant, food was good. There is free parking if you book through the hotel but there is a charge through booking.com. There is bus stop into town nearby. The girls loved the swimming pool with towels provided. Will definately stay here again.
